If I could give zero stars I would. Had a temp crown put in which broke, had another temp crown put on, which broke. Had to wait 5 days to get in!!! The pain has been terrible and they just said sorry can't help you. Your work is terrible and I will never return. The Pewaukee location is terrible

The procedures at this dental office are very strange and different than any other dentist I have been to. They review coverage and out of pocket expenses and require the patient to sign for the owed amount at every appointment BEFORE any work or cleanings are done. They also upsell for additional services at every appointment and add on a lot of extra costs. I was tired of spending 20 minutes to review billing at every appointment, I have since left and moved on to a new dental office.

Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Adl explained everything in detail to me like no dentist has ever done before. They were very careful with their COVID precautions as well. I got a wisdom tooth pulled on the day I went, which was also the first time I had ever been there. I was so lucky and glad that they could get that done for me that quickly. Thank you!

Made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. First they tried to up charge me for extra X-rays and cancer screening. I said no. Then they told me I have advanced gum disease yet I've never been diagnosed before with that and have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months with another dentist. Note I had to change dentist due to insurance. Told me until I spent lots of money on specialty root cleaning they won't do a regular dental cleaning. Plus they used my insurance allotment for cleaning and now have to wait another 6 months before insurance will pay. Also mentioned to them what the previous dental treatment plan was for 2 teeth and was told they don't care what another dentist treatment plan was they would tell me what needs to be done! They didn't care what another dentist told me!

Corrine tje dental assstant was the best ever! She was very informative and very light hearted and funny. She eased my daughter's anxiety when she had to get a crown.
