Dawn, the hygienist, was awesome! In for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning. Very efficient, and proficient....got me in, cleaned teeth, exam and boom....done. Have a six month visit scheduled to go back.

This staff is so amazing and caring. I had a hard time getting through my X-rays. The team took their time with me. I never felt rushed and they made me feel comfortable, despite my anxiety. This is the first dental office in my life where I did not feel ashamed for any of my dental fears. The Dentist was even gentle! This team is exceptional! I have never been excited about getting dental work, regardless to if it was needed. I'm looking forward to taking care of my dental issues. Thanks Dental Works

Had a root canal, and the team was very quick and thorough throughout the process, the billing team was informative and direct with billing and insurance transparency, and resolved all my open questions and concerns in a timely manner.

I had the best experience at Parma Dental works. Dr Wang and his staff are just amazing, hygienist Dawn and his assistant Quiani did a great job, everybody is so kind and helpful and very professional. I would recommend dental works at Parma to everybody.

I have literally never had a better experience at a dentist. I'm about to rave for a second because the dentist has always been a place of pain, fear and financial embarrassment for me. Not here at Dental works in Parma though. To start, I spoke with the office manager Brian before my appointment and explained my concerns. Brian reassured me that there would be no hidden fees or ridiculous charges and damn did he deliver. My very first appointment I met a woman who you can't help but smile around named Keyonie (sorry if I spelled that wrong). This woman stayed after she got off just to sit with me and keep me distracted because she could tell I was really nervous. I could make an entire post just about her. Then I met Dr. Wang who was incredibly kind and genuinely listen to my fears. This man is so good I literally almost fell asleep getting a root canal. The price is fair the people are amazing and the location is convenient. Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to.
