I give Northville dental works 10 stars , staff was hospitable, always made me comfortable, all my questions were answered, excellent responses, very professional and friendly. I would recommend to family and friends.

Awesome hygienist, dentist and staff. The most awesome hygienist Erin. She is wonderful, explained everything before she did anything. I always feel very comfortable when I see her. I always am nervous when I go but Erin seems to calm me down. She's very friendly. I'll definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a new hygienist.

I was scared but now I am ok. everyone has been so nice so i feel at ease. the dentist is the most sweetest and gentle and I realize that they all are very professional . Thanks DENTAL WORKS .

10 and above Excellent care. I've been to dentists all around the country and these are my favorite. Extremely well priced, extremely thorough, extremely professional, (please note I'm afraid of the dentist). Go here you won't be disappointed

I have been coming to dentalworks for many years. Erin the Hygienist is very good. She very friendly and makes your visit pleasant. Dr. Chohaun worked with me over the years so that getting occasional fillings is not so stressful. I now have healthy teeth again!

Dr. Chauhan was very through and explained the full procedure to be done in great details as this was my first visit and I was going to give this office a try The visit was comfortable and pleasant. I did not feel any discomfort during the procedure. Very impressed by the technical skills by Dr. Chauhan and his dental assistant. Dental hygienist Mariam did a great job as well. Plan to switch my dentist to Dr. Chauhan.

I love my hygienist Aaron she's tge best. My dentist Dr Cohan (forgot correct spelling) is exceptional. He pulled 5 of my teeth and I didn't feel nothing

Been with this office for years! Erin is my hygienist forever and simply the best! My General Dentist Bharat Chauhan is very gentle with any of my dental needs. The office staff is wonderful!

Like others, my issue here wasn't with the dental staff, but the administrative staff. I left this practice last year after showing up for the second time for an appointment that they said did not exist in their system. My wife is now doing the same because the front staff is rude and simply not helpful. Add to the above facts that DentalWorks' billing system makes it extremely difficult (if not impossible) to use a flex spending account... and it's not worth the hassle of continuing with this practice. If you want the following: difficulty making appoints, no one to return your messages, and the inability to easily use your flex spending account as a payment option, this is the place for you!

On April 6th, 2021 I went to dental works to have a cleaning done and for them to look at the condition of my crown / root canal. They took my insurance information, did x-rays that was out of my insurance limits, and are still charging me for those x-rays. I spoke with my insurance and they said that the additional x-rays they did we're not supposed to have been done but for another 5 years; I just had the same X-Rays done in 2018 at another location. They knew that I was seen at another dental works location because the dentist ask me about the visit. I explained to him why I didn't go back to that location and why I chose their location instead. Yet they've charged me for unnecessary x-rays that they could have used from the other location, same dental works just different locations. I've been trying to reach someone in the office since June of 2021 and no one has yet to return my phone calls to help rectify this billing problem. They will not release my x-rays to the new dentist office that I recently found after leaving dental worth several recordings at their office that I am in an emergency dental need.
