I found my visit to be a great experience! Every one seemed personable and pleasant! The skill and compassion that I received was excellent! Dr Richardson was amazing & thorough! She explained what she assessed from my examination and xrays. It feels good to be able to smile! I am thankful for the care & compassion that I received!

This was my first time at Dental Works. Dr.Richardson,her assistant,and the receptionist were so nice and tried to ease my fears. I'm a 66 year old female,but am terrified of the dentist.My experience there was awesome and relaxed me alot

Had a route canal of all things on my first visit! Had a tooth that was cracked and causing me terrible pain, I couldnt sleep, work normally because the pain was so severe! Made a online request and heard back within a couple hours, made an appointment the same day! The staff was super polite and professional, and during the procedure the doctors first priority was my comfortably and painless experience!! I can't tell you enough how much I would recommend this place, wish I could give it 10 stars!

What is it with dental offices!!! you can never get them to do just what you want or need done. If you need one is an urgent matter they want thousands of dollars before they will help or do anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONES!!!!!!!!! DOESNT MATTER THE TIME OF DAY OR DAY OF THE WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 90 year old father passed away before he could pick up his denture repair that was $600!!! I never wanted the entire amount returned but they could have offered something in good spirit. Shameful !!

This office rarely answer their phone. This week I received a message on my voicemail from Patricia on Monday. I called back 3 days in a row getting no one to answer the phone.!I left a message all 3 days without getting a returned call. Today is Thursday, someone actually answered the phone at almost 2:30 m but Patricia wasn't in. I left another message. Don't know how this place got 4.6 stars. I could write a book of all of their inefficiencies but won't waste My time. Once I even asked to leave a message for Dr Richardson, the clerk refused to take it. They told me my out of pocket cost were $7,400 . I paid it plus another $1,000. Now I'm told I may have to pay another $7,900.

I am deathly afraid of dentists - I had major tooth pain and they were able to see me the very same day. Everyone is fantastic! They really took good care of me and put me at ease. I think this will be my go to place for dental health.

My Dentist is Awesome I had been suffering with my left side of my Jaw they called it osteomyelitis and she gave me some prescription that so far is helping me not have the pain thank GOD for her I will probably need to continue this for a while

One of the absolute BEST dental experiences I have ever had. I am a mom of 3 small kids and going to the dentist office is always so stressful. Not this time. They went through hoops for me. In a very hard time with covid rules/stress that means so much to me. Thank you Hannah, Grace, the hygienist, the dentist.... everyone that works there. I can't say thank you enough.

Dr. Richardson is the best dentist in the area. I despise going to the dentist, but she always makes me feel comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The wait is never long for my appointments. 10/10 would recommend Dental Works.

Dental Works Monroe is has a caring, efficient staff. I had a dental emergency. They responded within an hour of my message to them. They saw me as soon as I could get there and saved my tooth. I was treated with dignity and compassion.
