I am very afraid of the dentist and today I had an extraction and it was painless for the most part. I informed them of my fears and they put me at ease and assured me that everything would be fine. And it was!!!!!!!

Horrible Horrible experience. At my previous appointment, I had x-rays done and a price determined and paid a 50$ deposit for my upcoming tooth extraction. Upon arrival I was told I would be having 4 teeth pulled and my total due would be over 900 dollars (I do need wisdom teeth extracted, however this is not what I was coming in to have done, as discussed at my previous appointment) I expressed to them my intense fear and anxiety due to previous bad dental experiences, on top of sensory processing issues. A patient should not feel pressured by financial burdens the day of any procedure. I had to go over pricing again and once I was given options I felt comfortable with and a reasonable out of pocket expense to be expected, I went ahead with the procedure, only to find out the price they gave me was incorrect and charged me 75 dollars more than what I was told prior to having the extraction done. Over all, a Horrible experience, staff was not kind once I told them I wasn't having all 4 teeth pulled. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! The only person who remained kind and friendly and was very comforting was the staff member who took my vitals and sat with me while administering the nitrous oxide gas.
