Although the front desk staff and dentist were very professional, the dental assistant and dental hygienist were not. The dental assistant did not seem to know the proper/correct form of placing the X-ray tools. After the horrible experience of taking nearly 15 shots of X-rays, the hygienist proceeds to degrade me, the customer, saying untrue facts in which the dentist did not mentioned one word about. I do not appreciate the treatment from this facility but will note that the front staff and actual dentist were professionals.

I LOVED coming Herr. I am glad that I found this place. I will come back for further teeth issues. The receptionist at the from, the dental assistant, and the dentist himself were all pleasant, and professional. I was a little bit nervous bcz my tooth was cracked as well. It was a piece of cake getting it out. The place was clean too. They had state of art equipment as well. I will definitely tell everyone about this place.

This review is not for this Dental Works staff as a whole. Everyone has always been so kind and patient however the front desk receptionist ANASTASIA sticks out like a sore thumb. She is Rude, Condescending, Dry and a smarta**. I have patronized this location for the last 4 months getting major work done. I have spent around $2,000 and that is after my wonderful insurance paid their 70% so I'm sure my business is appreciated. I have never been late or been short on my payment nor had I missed an appointment until today. It was an honest mistake but ANASTASIA handled it all wrong. She kept pushing the issue of my missing my appointment today as if I had committed a crime against her personally. She continued to talk over me when I tried to reschedule and when I asked to speak with the hygienist about how soon I needed to return she attempted to speak on her behalf as if she's qualified to do so. Being that I am a fulltime mom of a child under 1 plus a full time employee something like loosing track of what day it is can easily happen. I'm honestly considering taking my business somewhere else because of the one rotten apple in the bunch. Prior to this interaction she gave me a price sheet that was inaccurate so their other lovely receptionist had to assist me with my checkout. All in all I am offended and do not wish to interact with her ever again.

The staff was very nice. The young lady working directly with the dentist made me feel very comfortable. I have asthma and the bit the put in the mouth for X-rays made it hard to breath at times, but she was very patient giving me time to catch my breath. The dentist himself listened and gave me a chance to ask questions. I really appreciated that because my last dentist wasn't very good at doctor patient dialogue.

My dental hygienist Whitney did a great job on my teeth. First time here at DentalWorks and I've never had my teeth cleaned this good before. Definitely would recommend...

The lady that clean my teeth was very helpful was able to answer all my questions and give me what I believe to be good advice. The experience was not overly painful yet I believe I have a very good cleaning job done. I need to go back and have a couple fillings replaced which I'm quite hopeful will be satisfactory.

I was suffering with a bad toothache and was in one of the worst kind of pain I have ever been in. First of all, after contacting many oral surgeons explaining the urgency, they were the only ones to call me back. They took me in the very next morning to surgically remove the tooth. The staff at Dental Works were wonderful to work with, the Doctor's Assistant took great care to see that I was comfortable through the entire procedure. Dr. Abdel More extracted my tooth, which included a fraction of the root that had broken at the bottom, with great care and professionalism while being incredibly kind and caring. Although the required extraction was causing me so much pain, the staff at Dental Works made my experience there a wonderful one. I'm grateful to have gone to see them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They will take good care of you. CH
