Today 10/27/2022 Follow-up was on point, everything is going wonderful, cleaning was a success. No cavities. Had to be prescribed Nystatin for thrush, that i told my other doc that was what was going on and could not get the help needed. Dental took one look and knew that was exactly right. Love it that we get it right the first time. Karie and her assistant Millie did an awesome job., keep up the Thank God for the Jacksonville N.C Dental work Team/ Family.

Super happy! Had an emergency with my crown in the morning and by 2 they had me in and fixed right up. Extremely nice and professional, I would highly recommend.

Friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating staff. They're willing to work with us to get hubby and me scheduled back to back since we have a long trip to the office. They researched and followed up with helpful info when we had questions about insurance estimates. The exam technician and hygienist were knowledgeable and kind. The dentist is personable and caring.

Dr. Ybanez is fantastic! I'm such a baby when it comes to the dentist. He was patient and did great work. I got a tooth filled where an old filing came out and the next day I was able to eat on it with no pain at all. That's never been my experience. Always had to guard the newly filled youth for a while. I'm a new pt but glad I found him. The staff in person were great. Not sure who makes the phone calls but they could use a customer service lesson. Overall, great experience!

Dr. Y. and his assistant today were both very good and patient with me. I have trouble with my jaw and chewing due to medical issues. Dr. Y. Told me to relax and he inserted a small foam-like block in my mouth to hold it open. I recommend to anyone, even children and anyone with disability(ies).

My experience with Dental Work is always outstanding.The staff always go above and beyond to make your experience a great one .Brandy is a great hygienist who is very friendly ,does an excellent job and makes you feel like family.
