If 0 stars were an option, that's what I'd give them. They are awful to work with, never answer the phone, and have no idea what they're doing. My son has to have his braces removed and put back on again by a new orthodontist because Dental Works in Grove city totally messed up. Now he has another two years in braces and another 5+k to pay out because of their incompetence. Never, ever use this place.

Not good at the beginning...However, Whole office staff was reconfigured and the last visit was relaxing and quite fruitful! Business was concluded to our mutual satisfaction! I would highly recommend this Dental office especially for senior women!!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. Over a year now we have been trying to get them to bill our insurance correctly, first they billed to the wrong one and after telling them again the correct one they never bothered to bill them. They just kept sending us Bill's. They never answered their phone, never returned calls. I even called another office and still no claim filed to my insurance. Highly incompetent. Do not go here.

This week, I went to Dental Works in Grove City for the first time. They have an amazing team of staff and I look forward to going back again. I highly recommend this place!

This staff is great! Very caring and knowledgeable. I was behind on my oral health care due to this pandemic but they got me in as soon as possible. The hygienist Katie is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond my concerns with my treatment. I let her know my sensitive areas and she moved forward with extra care. She shared her knowledge on the extra care I need at home and how it would help improve my overall oral health. Dr. Pollina knows her stuff, she pointed out the areas I already knew to watch and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Dental Works in Grove City, their staff is amazing from the front desk to their clinical team. I also want to mention they are following all protective needs for your health and to keep you safe.

My partner went in to see what work he would need done in October 2020. They told him it would cost $6000 out of pocket and $3000 after insurance to get everything done. He called them back from October to January. He ended up finally going somewhere else to get assessed obviously, since the whole reason he went was because he's had major tooth pain, even BEFORE he went to them. Just to get the one tooth worked on would be $300 so we had to wait. We have delta dental. Anyhow he finally went to a new place since they wouldn't get a hold of him, return any emails or phone calls for months. He ended up going to South High Dental, which ended up saying they will do the whole bottom that needs done for $883. They just now today decided to finally call back . If your looking for place with consistent communication this is not the place to go. They are also exceptionally expensive and I would shop around. My partner also said South High Dental looked and felt better, and was treated with better care at South High Dental. This place does not as previous reviews have said return phone calls. It's now January 2021. I know COVID is going on but this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a practice.

Always a wonderful experience with the DentalWorks staff. They spend time with and care about their clients. I've been to many different dental care offices, and they are by far my favorite so my family will be sticking around for our 6 month visits! Can't wait to bring my toddler in for his first appointment someday.

I recently switched to dental works from another practice and had my first cleaning yesterday and I must say its the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. My hygienist was Josh and a military veteran so a major shout out to him for making my experience amazing!

Dr. Olivia is amazing. So caring and consistent. She is very professional and I always feel so at ease with her. I have huggggee dental anxiety and she makes me feel like I am at the spa. Hopefully she stays in practice the rest of my life because I never want to switch. I went for the insurance network and nice office but I am staying for Dr. Olivia!

Dr. Pollina is AMAZING!!! I have never been to a dental office where I felt more comfortable. The staff was professional, courteous, and soo friendly! I knew that I was in good hands the second that I walked in the door! I will definitely be back in 6 months for my next cleaning! Everyone should be able to feel this relaxed at the dentist, so go see Dr Pollina and her team!!!

Had my teeth cleaned. Josh did my cleaning, he was dope. He was wearing some Jordan 1s which kicked off great conversations. He was thorough with his work and did an excellent job. The whole staff is great.

I want to start off with saying that Dr. Olivia is by far the best dentist I have ever had! She had made me feel completely at ease even though I don't have a fear of the dentist. The whole office was so clean and the staff was so nice. Dr. Olivia will be the one I go to for any dental work I ever need. I will be recommending her to any one I know. It's great when the dentist is a good dentist but even better when they are nice! She listened to every question and concern that I had and ensured that all my questions were answered. Dr. Olivia will certainly be the dentist I go to!

Everyone was so kind. Best experience I have had at dental works ever. I was scheduled for and X-ray and evaluation but thought I was supposed to be getting my teeth cleaned as well. They were able to go ahead and do the cleaning which made my day. Thank you so much for accommodating!!

The dentist and environment are great but dealing with billing issue could not be more of a hassle! If you don't care what you are shelling out for Dental procedures then this is a great place for you. But if you want to feel like you matter as a paying customer go somewhere else.

Terrible! Would give zero stars if it were an option. My appointment has been moved and rescheduled multiple times, last minute with no notification. I left work early for a 5pm appointment only to find the doors locked and lights off. Unable to reach anyone by phone, EVER. After sending a Facebook message (because there was no other way to reach anyone), I was told they called me to reschedule but couldn't reach me. Odd,.... I have not one missed call or voice-mail from them and my phone sits on my desk infront of me all day. I call bullcrap. I was then told that they would call me in the morning to reschedule for the THIRD time, as they are now ONLY open on Tuesdays. This is no way to run a business. We will be taking our dental needs elsewhere.

I have called to straighten out a bill but won't answer phone. Had to call Reynoldsburg office to see what is going on but they don't know. Husband had an appointment today but no one was there! Tried calling them but couldn't leave a message cause mailbox was full. Looks like they lost my business!
