This Greenville office is constantly canceling appointments. The lady Cody who's left to deliver the bad news is pleasant person. I'm sorry Cody that you had to listen to my rant.They should have 2 people who can do the same task when one person calls out sick.Just a month ago they canceled because they couldn't perform a check up. When you're trying to get teenagers to the dentist who are in college with busy hectic schedules keeping an appointment is extremely important. This time they we're short a hygienist. Can you imagine running a business, and when one employee calls out sick the rest of you're business has to shut down. When you ask for a corporate number they don't have one to give. Now I understand why. During covid-19 this office was shut down. We went to the Spartanburg office. There was never any issues at that office. Maybe the Greenville office needs some new management. If corporate reviews these reviews can you please leave you're number in a response so that people with problems can notify you about what's going on. Thank you.

We met Dr Fig in Spartanburg and followed him to Greenville (woodruff road). Between Dr Fig, Cody and the rest of the staff we give them 5++ stars!!

My wife had severe tooth pain with a broken crown. Scheduled an appointment, and was seen in a very timely manner. Dr. Nale was very professional and personable. removed the tooth in a short time with no pain afterward. The staff is very nice and had enjoyable conversation with the receptionist. The bill was a pleasant surprise (with Cigna). No complaints whatsoever! Would highly recommend! The website says they are temporarily closed, but they are newly reopened (We went there September 10, 2021)

Friendly, professional, made me feel comfortable and cost does not seem to be outrageous which is a big plus. The staff has truly helped with my fear of being in the dental chair. Thank you for that.

I must tell you folks I have finally found that great bedside manor in a Dentist we so badly want and need when looking for a Dentist to put our trust in. Dr. Luan Chau made me feel so confident and so comfortable in our initial consultation recently, that I made the appointment to have 2 teeth extracted. I remember a few years ago in Ft Lauderdale Fla. where i am originally from where I had an extraction from a Dentist who hurt me so bad that I thought I would never again trust anyone for my dental needs. We moved to South Carolina and found Dentalworks of Greenville. It was there I found my new Dentist Dr. Chau . Dr. Chau extracted 2 of my teeth in one visit with absolutely ZERO pain. He knew exactly how to prevent nerve pain that would have been what I was afraid of. In fact I was so confident and relaxed that the procedure was over in a flash! Lucinda who is his assistant was great too! I want you all to recommend Dr. Luan Chau at Dentalworks of Greenville SC for all your dental needs. Not only is Dr. Chau a great DDS but he is a wonderful family man and has the beside manor we all are seeking when looking for a Dentist to put our trust in. The day after my procedure I had no pain and my healing is underway! Hats off to this wonderful man who I shall be forever grateful !! God Bless Dr. Chau . Tell Him "Brucie B & the Boo" sent you!

Everyone there was so nice and so professional and the dentist made my visit for a tooth extraction painless I never felt any pain and never felt uncomfortable it was awesome

Had an over the weekend accident with my front tooth and needed to find someone to help out as my Primary is closed on Sundays and Mondays. I was greeted with Megan at the front desk who was extremely helpful from start to finish. Upon getting to the facility I met the Dr. Laun Chau who at first was nice but then when I, as a potential new patient had questions about my treatment plan and pricing became frustrated. He had his assistant take X rays, and preview the work that needed to be done and had already quoted me a price of doing the work. He came in the room and stated "I'm going to tell you this why no-one else is in the room; The only reason I'm fixing this tooth is because I don't want you walking around with a chipped tooth!" horrible customer service yet alone ethics! he stated I"I'll do the work but only if I feel like I'm appreciated!" and if I don't feel appreciated then I won't. Left me in the room for about 15 minutes and came back in and said "I'm not doing the composite I'm just going to recommend you get a crown. and If I want to go to Aspen Dental and get the work then go ahead! Aspen is the next door competitor. I'm appaulled at the behavior presented today and surely report this to the BBB TODAY! I have since contacted my own dentist and they will be taking care of me 1st thing tomorrow for $70.00 which includes my $50.00 deductible. Cheaper and more professional. I will tell everyone I come in contact with not to do business with this unethical, egotistical doctor. The benefit of this will ultimatley be the downfall as "I know EVERYONE!"

I was not a patient but they got me in right away. They advised me of ways to manage my toothache and set me up to get my tooth extracted the next day. The tooth extraction went well. I didn't feel any pain other than the shot for numbing and the dentist talked me through the procedure. Everything went great! I look forward to being a patient.

Customer service is very low, Chelsea is not pro business. They will miss diagnosis you with Periodontal, over charge you hundreds of dollars for non covered, like $78 for listerine! Falsify information to the insurance company. I have never had perio but paid these scammer over $1000 for treatment. Don't trust them, get a second opinion.

Dr. Chau and his assistant Jessica was very patient and helpful walking me through an extraction. I had broke a took when my head was jolted against the inside of my car door frame in a car accident. The 1st appointment I went in for I needed the tooth smoothed down so it wasn't cutting my tongue. Dr. Chau went over a treatment plan with me and advised me that I needed the tooth extracted. Because the nerve of the tooth wasn't affected i told him I would make another appointment to come back. I went back on the 4th of this month, yesterday and had the tooth extracted. Dr. Chau explained everything from beginning to end. There is just no gentle way to have a tooth extracted. Jessica went and got me a large rolled up blanket to place behind my neck for the procedure because my neck was injured in the car wreck and I was not comfortable without it. Everything went smoothly. I've previously had a tooth extracted over 10 years ago. I was somewhat familiar with the procedure but they both made sure I was aware of what was going on at every step of the way. Very professional, great mannerisms. Megan at the front desk is also great. I had to call and reschedule once and she was kind and understanding. Thank you DentalWorks. Thank you Dr. Chau and Jessica.

I showed up expecting a routine cleaning turned Root Canal. Dr. Hussain made this trip to the dentist feel like a vacation with her service and relaxed confidence. She is extremely professional & competent, and most of all efficient. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking!

BOTCHED UP DENTAL WORK!!! I patiently worked with DentalWorks to make things right. After several months of work, the dental work came back ill fitted. The dentures did not fit. I was told in February that they would refund me the money. I had taken out a $2700 loan to pay for this dental work. Dr. Chau and the Office Manager told me that they would process a refund. I waited. At first it was a delay; I called about it. No refund. Then they said the office was closed due to Covid-19; and could not process the refund till they open back up again. Now the Spartanburg office is open, but Greenville is not open. I have called daily and spoke with Anne the Spartanburg Mgr. I have left messages. I have called and left messages for Breck the Regional manager. No response. I have written a note to CareCredit about the issue. DentalWorks has no headquarters to contact. I am told they work from home. . I WANT MY BILL ADJUSTED AND REFUNDED FOR THE BOTCHED UP WORK. I WILL NOT REST TILL I GET MY MONEY.

Awesome. Staff was friendly and extremely professional Dentist was delightful and engaging. Everything was explained well Help was asked for when needed. The staff is wonderful. Puts you at ease right from the moment you enter until you leave.

Teeth cleaning experience: good. Billing procedures: TERRIBLE. I had my teeth cleaned at this office in November 2018, and while the procedure was top-notch with no issues and no complaints, I got a bill more than a year AFTER the appointment. A call to the DentalWorks office to inquire why I received a bill more than a year after the appointment yielded an answer of "I can't explain that". Sorry DentalWorks, but there are too many other dentists in the area.

HORRIBLE SMAMMERS!!! they are super nice at first when they get you in the chair until they go over a bunch of medical terms about cleanings. Never told me anything about periodontal disease & just said I needed a deep cleaning. They failed to mention that you gave to get special cleanings after deep cleans which most insurances don't cover! I explained I didn't want to & pretty much told me to go elsewhere since they couldn't get more money from me. I chose to switch dentist & had to get my x rays & when I called the front desk lady had an attitude & they never sent them WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
