The entire staff is so friendly and Dr. Given is awesome!!!! I'd recommend their office to anyone that needs dental work. Dr. Given also speaks fluent Spanish for anyone that would prefer it!!!!

The staff at Dental Works Greenville NC make every experience enjoyable. Today they were behind but they were able to keep things running smoothly and got more done than I was originally expecting! My favorite dentist office! Thank you DWGNC!

Professional staff, overall good experience. However, paying before the bill is filed with the insurance company normally leads to inaccuracies in how much the patient owes.

Everyone in the practice were very polite and easy to follow when discussing instructions or things about the procedure being performed. Dr. Givens is an extremely easy-going and likeable person; I enjoy chatting with him.

Every visit is wonderful - the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always make me and my husband welcome. They gave us great advice for maintaining good dental care and we highly recommend coming here. Here you have a wonderful dental plan, not insurance! Always excellent service.

Review will be changed upon resolution. Went to this location for routine dental on or around June/July 2022. Encountered an issue that was thought to be resolved same day. Reached out about issues following treatment and was instructed to return to correct the issue. Returned for said follow up appointment around August. Was told that issues would subside and correct itself in a week. Pain meds recommended. As of this moment i cannot eat on the side previously worked on. I call and rarely get through to the office. Dental agency has been paid twice for my visit, yet appropriate services have yet to be rendered.

I had the best experience at DentalWorks. They were amazing and they were able to work me in quickly. The front staff are AMAZING. Dr. Givens is the BEST! He is very patient and really kind. I was really nervous due to having not the greatest experience at previous dentists but I felt at ease. I wish I knew the name of both of the assistants they were INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend DentalWorks, they are the absolute best.

Dr Kyle Given is the best dentist I have been to. He walks in the room with a smile. He is caring and will make sure you are satisfied with his work. He really cares about his patients. I have had several appointments with him and he always has the same cheerful disposition.
