First time being here. I went in for a procedure, as we walked in my wife and i were greeted with a smile. One of the front desk girls noticed that i was a bit nervous and she reassured me that i would be fine and it would not hurt. That put me a bit at ease. My name was called and i went back to the room with Iris, she made it very comfortable as she was explaining every step of the way of what she was doing. Now I know why my entire family goes there! :) Everyone there is very professional, polite and kind.

The hygienist I had is very experienced, informative and knowledgeable providing excellent tips. She also makes you feel like you're important and is gentle as a hygienist could be.

They dental hygienist actually told my husband and I to start brushing with mouthwash because all toothpaste does is "polish" the teeth. We went on different days and told both of us the exact same thing: You need a deep cleaning because of gum disease. My gums don't bleed, I brush and floss twice a day. Never have I been told that my oral care was sub-par until now. I will not be paying for a deep cleaning and will be going back to my old dentist that I trust in madison because I can't seem to find a trustworthy one here. Shame on you people for taking advantage.

They always provide a great dental experience, from cleanings to cavities. Everyone is so nice. I've been going there for a very long time and will always use them for my dental needs.

Failed to file billing properly through tricare and was stuck with the a bill that I was told was to be covered. That was a few years ago. Now the 2 crowns I had done there failed after 3 years. The dentists are rushed at this facility and felt like I was one of the cattle pushed through the line. Will not be coming back.

My hygienist and dentist are both great, they are both very nice and make you feel very comfortable. I never have a problem with getting an appointment quickly. It's very clean there. I would recommend Dental Works Greenfield to everyone.

Kacy is the best dental hygienist I've ever seen. I hate going to the dentist but she makes it quick, easy, and she does an amazingly efficient job. Dr. Sulim is very nice and honest. He always gives me the best options for the work I've had done. The ladies in the office are also nice, very organized, and give me the break down on every job I've had done. I always recommend DentalWorks Greenfield to people looking for a new dental home.

I have been going to Dental Works for many years. I choose them because they do an excellent job, and I feel like I can trust them with the health of my teeth. My hygienist, Kacey is so welcoming, and makes me feel comfortable. That's important, because I'm a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr Sulim is warm and friendly. He removed my wisdom teeth years ago. That's never pleasant, but he did a great job, and made me feel as confirmed as possible. He also gave me a crown, and made it simple, and wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. I always felt like they really care about me, and my teeth. I'll always go to Dental Works.
