Great first experience but as I go through the multiple appointments for Invisalign it's been very frustrating dealing with the front office in terms of getting a call answered, getting a returned call and any notification that the Invisalign trays had come in. Dentist and techs are great! Front office is a mess from the customer experience. Here are a few examples: 1: you get a scan between tray orders. Suppose to come in up to two weeks after scan. Waited almost 4 weeks. Called about a cracked tray and wondering if new trays had come in four weeks later, no returned call. Called again after multiple attempts without messages to find they had been there for weeks. 2: Called to ask if new trays had come in after waiting three weeks (2nd time). Called at 9 am, no answer left a message. Called at 10 am no answer, called at noon no answer, called at 2 no answer and finally called at 3:30 with an answer to find the trays were there, again no call when the trays came in. 3: Called Thursday to schedule a cleaning and get new trays, no answer and left message. Called Monday after not getting a returned call, no answer left message. Hopefully this review gets someone's attention. We all work hard and the lack of proactive notification when products come in, lack of picking up the phone and just not returning messages is going to hurt sales. I'm taking my maintenance cleaning business somewhere else and unfortunately stuck with finishing the Invisalign program. Happy to update this if things change.

The dentist and tech both did their best to keep me completely comfortable, and it worked. The front desk employees were pleasant and professional.

I am extremely satisfied with my treatment and results! Dr. Hanson is the best! Costas and Lisa are wonderful! The entire reception staff is are very courteous and professional!! I love these people!!!

My appointment was great yesterday. My dental assistant was awesome, he was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed him talking to me and explaining what I needed. He explained his area of expertise and made sure the dentist saw what he saw. He is an awesome person overall and he is very good at what he does. I hope he continues to work at that location and help Lisa out when she's not there. Lisa is awesome as well. The front desk ladies were super nice and helpful as well.
