I am a new patient. I called this office several times to make an appointment. No one answered my call. I left a message with the callback number, no one returned my call. So I personally went to the clinic to schedule my appointment, but the door was locked, I stood there waiting for someone to open but in vain. It said that the the clinic was open. I stood there and called again. No use. I

This place is awesome! I have never had to wait more than 5 mins if that, the ladies at the front desk are so friendly & helpful. The assistants to the doctors are friendly as well, The doctor I have is very gentle very concern about your welfare makes time to answer all your questions & is also friendly. I truly like this place. I hope I finally have found a great place to have my dental done for a long time to come.

I am so disappointed with the service here. I have left messages for months with no callback. After my initial appointment which I waited an hour for then had to leave before they were able to give me their "assessment". I had to track them down to get my paperwork and since then have never got a call back to get in. I have an HMO so I was stuck with them and never able to get service.

I have been going to dental works for about 13 years now and my forest park location on Madison has been by far the best. The staff is amazing and so accommodating! My daughter only wants Shalonda to clean her teeth. It truly feels like a family business at this location! Highly recommend!

The 5 stars are for the Hygenist Shonda and the Dr. that treated me for m visit. I apologize for not remembering the doctor's name. However I would like to point out that the restroom the patients have to use was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The floor had trash everywhere, the mirror had dried spit I'm assuming from patients having to wash their mouths out, the toilet had dried feces on it. When I asked the receptionist if they used the same one she said "no". I told her the issue and she just shook her head. The lobby area is cleaner than the restroom. Very disappointed in that.

My experience with Dental Works in the Forest Park location is always pleasant. I followed them from the Sears location on North Ave and Harlem. Awesome team and a pleasure to be served by.

Great place. They are friendly, patient and thorough. I am a working mom and I had to bring my 1 year old daughter. I was embarrassed because of course she cried during my cleaning. The staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time. My dentist was very sweet and helpful and gave wonderful advice on how to improve my oral health. I love the staff because the build great rapport with me each visit. Wonderful and trustworthy place.
