Everyone there was very nice and helpful. They informed you about what needed to be done and your options and there was no pressure on what you should do it was your choice. I would definitely recommend DentalWorks.

My experience with DentalWorks in Fayetteville is amazing. I have been going for almost two years now and they know me by name and treat me like family. The employees are friendly and very professional and the Dentist and assistants are very helpful, detailed and provide lots of great information for dental care and treatment besides gentle and caring working with your mouth. Won't change them for any other.

Took off of work for my appointment. Door was locked. Called the number on the door to figure out what was going on. A lady picked up and told me I was rescheduled. No voice-mail was lefted on my phone nor did I receive any calls or text saying I was rescheduled. 2 stars for the lady on the phone for apologizing. But sucks for me for cutting out of work early and losing money.

Highly recommend!!! I started going to the one in Hope Mills first but the admin started not being so nice anymore. But the Morganton location are very friendly!! And very family friendly!!!

Professional, staff is very proficient and friendly, very pleasant to chat with, prioritizes the patient's needs, insurers the patient knows what is going on, what needs to be done, and are conservative on future dental work until you're comfortable to get the service that you need. Being open on Saturday is an added Plus for me personally. Thank you for the services you provide me, V/R US Army Retired and still serving

I've never been excited about going to the dentist, but I love going to Dental works. The staff is very welcoming and professional. I have complete confidence in them helping me maintain my teeth and gums. If you have invested in your smile, you have to take care of your teeth. They're the best!

I had a crown fall out on Thursday evening. I was able to get an appt on Friday morning to recement it. Dr. Adamson was very thorough and checked to see if there was any decay in the tooth. I was out of the office in about twenty minutes.

The staff was very friendly. Everything done in a timely manner. They give you recommendations, you are not forced to take it. It is a clean environment.

I had horrible tooth pain and needed an extraction. This is the only place in Fayetteville that would allow me to bring my toddler. I was worried that it would be an issue because he is like most toddlers: loud, stubborn, easy agitated. But they acted like he was their family. There were no side eyes or "looks" when he was being loud. Even the dentist herself was so polite and interested in interacting with him. They blew up a balloon for him into a rooster and he is still carrying it around with him. Also during the actual extraction they sat out in the waiting room with him. And some even came to let me know he was ok because I could hear him crying. I know I'm going on and on about it, but all single moms can understand that it's hard to bring your toddler into "real life" when emergencies happen. Would recommend this place to anyone.
