Today, I was completely misled and not ethically treated by the facility. When it came to a procedure I needed, I was told my insurance didn't cover it. After speaking with a family member that works for a dental office, providing a range of services, I was informed it could be by medical, not dental. I called my medical insurance and was informed the procedure is absolutely covered with pre authorization. When I contacted the DentalWorks office back, I was then informed they do not accept my medical coverage but failed to tell me that before the procedure. Now, I have a bill over $6,000.00 and they expect me to pay it when they lied to me. They should've told me medical would cover it and they just didn't accept my Medical Mutual. I could've went somewhere else that did and came back for the surgery I also need. Instead, they were only concerned about taking advantage of me and not following any medically ethical process. I demanded someone call me back to handle this, immediately. I'm still waiting.

The entire staff here was friendly and helped me feel comfortable. The dentist himself is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner! I can tell you that I get anxiety before going to a dentist, but when I got there today they helped me feel at ease and let me know that if I was in any discomfort they would do everything they could to help me!

Friendly professional staff. Listened and work with me to develop solutions that met my needs. Dr. Solooki and his staff do a great job. My whole family uses this practice. Highly recommended.

Went there to see oral surgeon he and his assistant have zero follow up skills I had a very Big lesion in my mouth the surgeon was very rough with me. I would never go back nor recommend They referred me to an ENT which I couldn't get into. I called back several times they would not return my calls. Also the receptionist was very unfriendly to me. Awful experience. Wish my insurance wouldn't have had to pay the bill. Because I wouldn't have. I would like a call from corporate office. My appointment was at 2:10 on or around the 20th of September

The ONLY Reason They Are Getting A Star Is Because The Waiting Room Was Clean. Unfortunately I Never Got To See A Patient Room Because They Made Me Wait 1 HOUR after my scheduled appointment time with no help. I was told they would have a room for me in 5 mins, 30 mins later there's no response. Politely get your business together because that is slow
