Avoid this office, it's a total scam! They deducted 2,900 from my dad's debit card & they told him they were going to give him 1,600 back but never did. Since my dad had hmo, they're were things they didn't explain to him from the beginning. Plus, they never returned my calls. They know they screwed up!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Money is their priority with no regard to patient well-being. Hygienist, Doctor and front desk staff all are trained to SCARE the patient to death so they can do unnecessary treatment and charge insurance and bloat out-of-pocket expenses. I checked their treatment plan with one of my dentist friend and he recommended just one procedure from their plan and that rest all of them were unnecessary, cosmetic or temporary. They refused to do task which is necessary to me but rather want to do whole treatment and charge me hefty out of my pocket after insurance. I have been to other dentists in past but the way staff is trained to scare patients is unprecedented.

This dental office is a scam. They just took x-rays and didn't do anything else but they told me I need deep cleaning and gave me an estimate for $750.00. I didn't go for that cleanings, Now they sent me bill asking me to pay $100.00. My insurance covers 100% for x-rays. I don't recommend this dental works to my family and friends, better find another dentist.

BEWARE!!!! Find another Dentist!!!!! This company is a scam!! They continuously sent me bills after the services they provided were paid for. Even 2 years later they keep insisting that my insurance did not cover the procedures. Call after call they kept giving me the run around, and not calling me back. They said they contacted my insurance, and that I would need to pay the balance. Sending me bills in the mail. Come to find out... This company OWES me! Stay away!!! They will find ways to bill you!!! This is WRONG!!!!!

Doctors and dental assistants are great. Dr. Davis was great with providing general information regarding my issue. THE WORST PART IS BILLING. TROUBLE!! AFTER PAYING OUT OF POCKET EVERY APPOINTMENT AND WEEKS LATER RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL FOR SAME PROCEDURES. I never had to pay out of pocket for my previous dental. I never had any hassle with billing until this place. I don't mind paying but get it right.

I really like going to Dental Works office because I never have to wait and the office is nice and clean , state of art equipment and the staff are very friendly and especially Dr. Davis and my hygienist Katie.

Been a patient of Dr. Davis for years! I trust her 1000%. Love her, and Katie the Hygienist. Very gentle touch, as I have highly sensitive gums. I appreciate their tender approach. Front office very kind, and friendly. Dentsl assistants are also wonderful. I would definitely recommend this Dental practice .

Every time I go to this office the hygienist acts like she knows more than the dentist. She is always pushing for me to buy sonic toothbrushes or a waterpik for a 10 or 11 year old, as if she gets commissioned bonuses from Philips. Today was the last straw she forced my husband to by a prescription toothpaste for my daughter with braces not considering the fact I had mentioned to her there are other things surrounding the stains under her braces and that they haven't replaced their office orthodontist yet and the last two appointments my daughter had with their office they canceled because they cannot staff the orthodontia patients correctly since they have a borrowed temp doctor. If I haven't paid for the braces in full I would be done with them. I would rather pay a small town dentist more out of pocket than to deal with this hassle. My daughter still by the way has a broken bracket that will not be fixed for another week but that's ok for the hygienist.

Very rude and misinformed employees. Called once and they got my information to give a call back because they were busy at the time. 2 weeks later try again finely got hold of somebody explain I'm looking to make an appointment for my daughter for braces they get all my info for 5 minutes after saying they can't accept new patients. Waste time as they website said open for new patients.

Always a great experience! Katie the Hygienist is wonderful and always goes above and beyond. Dr. Davis is always pleasant and truly listens to your concerns and is always ready to work with you. Dr Davis made me a bridge, as I needed teeth pulled and it has been fabulous. So, so, glad I found Dr Davis and her team.

I am so impressed with my experience with Dental Works of Elgin. Everything from the girls in the office area to my dental assistant and then to the dentist were all amazing ! Dental works was able to schedule my appointment quickly! It was easy ! The work done on the tooth I was worried about is perfect ! It looks beautiful , feels smooth and comfortable and I can be in peace knowing that I don't need a root canal . I have already recommended this facility to everyone. I am sad that I am moving out of the area because I love this place ! Thank you to all of you !
