This happened back in January but I'm only getting to write this now. I had a crown made and seat done here but had the actual root canal done at another office. First thing I didn't like was the dentist herself while working in my mouth making snarky remarks about how my root canal was done to the assistant and both cackling away saying it would have failed the exam. So unprofessional. I'm a dental assistant myself so I understood the talk and really didn't appreciate it. The dentist at another office that did my root canal did a beautiful job and was actually excellent but anyways. So, comes the time to have my crown cemented. When I say I was never handled so roughly and rudely by an assistant in my entire life. She was slicing my gums to peaces with the floss and just super rushy and rough. I actually couldn't believe how rough she was being. There was no need of it at all. Horrible horrible experience and I'm fairly easy going person with dental anything being done. Asked if I wanted to come back there for a cleaning and all this. NO thank you!!!! I couldn't run fast enough out of there. Seriously, do not even go there. It's just yuck.

I've had 2 appointments so far... the dental tech was welcoming and super understanding of my severe nervousness (I tend to get shaky when I'm nervous)... but she put my mind at ease!... Dr Shaheera Afzal was also incredible... at not time was I made to feel guilty or bad about past dental neglect, NEVER felt pressured to get any treatments/products that I didn't need, and all-in l-all, I left both of my appointments with a smile and a resolve that I COULD again take control of my dental health, even after too many years of neglect!!! Came back a week later for a deep cleaning, and again, was treated with respect and assurance by the hygienist, jenny! , She was super sensitive to any discomfort I expressed, explained everything she was doing, and was pleasant and accommodating... The office staff was great as well... friendly, transparent, and so welcoming!!! I haven't had a dental office relationship like this for a VERY long time!!! I am gonna be a long-time patient!!!

If you want a business that sends out random, non descriptive bills in hopes you'll pay without questioning them, this is the place. We've gotten several bills that just say balance forward. When you call the number on the bill you just get an answering machine and no one calls you back. No matter how many times you call, the message just says pay online. Above this, if you cave and pay the bill they will send you a new bill that just says balance forward for another random amount. I left my final message with these people today, if they don't call me back I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

I had the worst experience here. I came in for my first appointment as a new customer and am 13 weeks pregnant. I did not feel comfortable getting an X-ray and the doc/ not really sure who she was... I was REFSUED any service because I would not comply. She told me "you might have gum disease and that's more dangerous to your baby then an x-ray"... She also told me that I wouldn't be able to find a dentist that didn't require x-rays. It is my job as a parent to protect my baby, and if I don't feel comfortable with something I do have the right to decide on my own. The first dentist I called to make a different appointment with said they would absolutely see me without doing x-rays and couldn't believe someone had told me that. I would never recommend anyone to go to this awful place and be treated in such a way.

The service is great, but they need to work on getting more staffing. I have been going here for decades.

My husband has been treated for replacing cap in his left tooth, once he came home he experienced pain in right upper tooth. There was a crack in his teeth. From that time onwards I was trying to call them it directed to voicemail. I left two voice messages but no response. We went directly but no one opened the door. It's been two months. Now he is experiencing pain. I wouldn't give one star too.

This place is a gamble. They'll tell you one price, then charge you 5 times the estimate. Happened to us, heard it happening to someone while I waited in the lobby. I can understand being like $50 off, but $100s of dollars is outrageous.

I went to a dental works back in 2018ish and had about 17 teeth pulled. The experience was great, the dentist was attentive and I was informed. So I decided to stay with the DentalWorks brand. I moved so this location (Dublin) is a lot closer to me. Needless to say if I go back It will be to the Easton location. I felt like I was in a tooth pulling mill, nothing personalized, not really informative. I walked out in so much pain, I'm literally in tears. Fair enough I'm pregnant but I wasn't given any information about pain management or anything. If I go back with DentalWorks, it will be with the Easton location. I'll just take the drive for the quality care.

I had some extreme pain due to a rotten wisdom tooth that came out of nowhere, they were able to see me and remove it in the same visit! I feel so much better!

I had to switch dentists because of insurance and I am glad I did! The staff is friendly and accommodating, the hygienist, Lauren, was extremely thorough and the dentist was very professional. I will continue seeing this group from now on.
