My family and I had gone to DentalWorks for several years. They were excellent. But this year, I was told the hygienists left. It took 8 months to get an appointment for cleaning. I have never had such a painful (inliuding root canals when Novocain wore off), uncaring experience. My gums were bleeding so much I couldn't even finish the cleaning. I actually choked because there was so much blood. And I have healthy gums! At least I used to. When I told the front desk I couldn't finish because I was too scared, he said,'that's too bad and here's your bill'. It's 3 hours later..and my gums are still bleeding. Beware.

Dr. B. Is an excellent dentist. The only problem is their billing. Kept sending me a bill that I did not owe. Have receipt that shows a zero balance. Called several times as was told not to worry about it. Still getting bills for random amounts. This office never called back, would not answer phone or my messages. Contacted corporate to no avail. I changed dentists and alerted the credit reporting agencies. Just ridiculous.

Reception girls are always friendly, smiling & dressed nice. Techs are professional & efficient. Dentists are knowledgeable & always willing to work with you financially. Already recommended this location to some family members. Very happy with my choice.

This was my first appointment as a new patient. Everyone at the office, from reception to dentist, was very welcoming and friendly. As a first time patient, I had a checkup and cleaning- Stephanie the dental hygienist was great. She explained everything she was doing, provided some advice on improving my dental hygiene to prevent issues, and did a great job on my teeth. Glad I made the switch to this office.

I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly Stephanie is the best hygienist ever. She is thorough and my teeth always feel amazing after my cleaning. Dr. Betzelos is always great whenever I need a cavity filled. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with my first experience with DentalWorks, Crystal Lake (I had gone to DW Elgin for several years, but Crystal Lake is so much closer. Staff were very careful to follow COVID-safe routines. Stephanie, the hygienist/assistant who did the very thorough cleaning was friendly and answered all my questions clearly, and gave good advice about home care.

Excellent service. Dr. b is great and efficient. Very knowledgeable. Steve as insurance consultant is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly. Staff is also great.
