Mayela is the reason I keep coming back to DentalWorks, even though my office is no longer across the street and I mostly work remotely. She does a great job cleaning my teeth and motivating me to make brushing and flossing well a priority. I also appreciate Dr. Patel's willingness to answer questions and explain different aspects of dental health to me.

They sent me text message the same morning I had an appointment and charged me $50 for cancellation within 24 hrs.. had they sent me the message earlier, I would have cancelled it earlier.. not going to visit again..The appointment was taken 4-5 months in advance, so I didn't remember about it..

I had extreme dental anxiety since I was a small child until a friend recommended Dental Works. They are outstanding. They worked with me and over time I started trusting them. I highly recommend them. Dr. Patel is THE best dentist in my opinion.

I received great service from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable about the insurance process, and dental process I was getting done. Everyone I spoke with communicated with clarity, and at a level the at allowed me to throughly understand. My actual procedure was seamless and as painless as I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this establishment (specifically this location).

My daughter and husband had a appointment to see the hygienist yesterday at 11:45, we arrived at 11:00 am and we're asked if we wanted to be seen early. That's was great. Once my family was completed. I was asked if I wanted to see the hygienist 2 weeks early. I took advantage of it. They dentist even had my Invisalign ready. Perfect timing. I love my dental team.

Mysteriously my previous review didn't show on this page so I decide to post this again to warn anyone who may be deceived by its high rating. In June 2019, Dr Siddra Iqbal of this DentalWorks gave me a crown, a root canal treatment, and several fillings. I moved to Montreal later. Within only one year, all of these have problems. 1. The crown that I put on after root canal treatment is not fit in size. The gap between it and the adjacent tooth is too large, causing me to stuff my teeth every time I eat. 2. In November 2019, the material for a dental filling had fallen off, so I made a RDV with a dentist in Montreal. He repaired my teeth and commented after seeing my xray: "The root canal treatment you did in Chicago is not necessary at all, because the previous tooth decay was not deep and you didn't feel any pain. Daily use of dental floss and careful maintenance can be enough to prevent its development into a root canal treatment." 3. On the surface of the other crown I got from Dr Siddra Iqbal, a small dark spot appeared shortly afterwards, and gradually spread into a small groove. And in July 2020, it's fallen off with a clear hole. It took merely one year!! My dentist in Montreal said that this dentist in Chicago was too aggressive and destroyed teeth that could have worked well. Apart from aggressiveness, the basic quality control was not done properly, then I doubt it is a problem of medical ETHICS. Please avoid this DentalWorks and Dr Siddra Iqbal.
