The hygienist always tries to sell you unnecessary service without telling you that it will come with a charge. You will walk out with a random service charge. The dentist did a horrible job on my filling, I took the X-ray after the filling appointment and there was still a small hole on that filling. I ended up having to have the same tooth fixed again by a different dentist. The front desk rarely picks up the phone call. This is the worst dental office I have ever been to, if I could give a zero star I would.

I went to Dental Works of Canton for a simple cleaning. After x-rays, the Dentist went over them with me. She acted like of I didn't get the deep cleaning in the next month, 10 teeth would fall out if my head. When I went to set my appointment for the deep cleaning and was told it would be $1300.00.. what?? Like I just have 1300$ lying around. They charged my insurance $350.00 and me $60.00 for x rays and trying to bully me into a deep cleaning. They didn't even offer me the regular cleaning. Do not go here unless you like throwing away money.

Today was my first visit and I was anxious. I've had bad experiences which led me to distrust dentist and their office. But not here from the beginning the reception was warm and welcoming. The staff were polite and kind which after meeting the dentist I understood why. She was efficient, nice, answered every question, calming I am happy to say I've found a home. I would recommend this office to everybody.

I went one time for a cleaning which my insurance covers at 100%. I have been receiving a large bill for months now even though I have called multiple times and the one time I got ahold of them I was told that my insurance paid in full so I should have no balance, yet they have not stopped sending the bills and they will not return my calls to get this worked out. Horrible service and absolutely terrible to work with.

Please save yourself time. The nurse and receptionist was very pleasant. The dentist herself was very rude. I went in there needing an extraction, which she did but it took her a long time to get the tooth out. It wasn't impacted. I get thrush because I am on a few inhalers a day due to asthma, I also have diabetic gastoprisis... She tried arguing its because I left my dentures in at night, which also I have bad dreams and bite and grit my teeth during. She informed me she wasn't gonna give me bottom partials til I could take better care of my teeth. Truthfully I never said she was, I just ed wanted a price. If she thinks I'll be back she is mistaken, I love my dentist in TN. If she wants to be a MD go to school. Until then she needs to stick to her basic.. I did call my family doctor and inform him and my GI of her argument with her, I was advised not to go back. Please PLEASE go somewhere else EDIT EVERYONE FILE A COMPLAINT with the board of dentist...

**UPDATE I have been trying to pay my bill online. Their website portal can't find my records even though I have triple-checked that I typed everything correctly, and tried multiple browsers. The "patient relations team" phone number on their payment portal is not a valid phone number. This place is an effing joke, do NOT go here.** As a new patient I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment which is always nice. I didn't appreciate it very much when the hygienist told me not to skip another visit. "I know it was COVID but we've been open for a year" is pretty much what she said, right after saying that my plaque buildup wasn't that bad for how long I'd gone between cleanings. (After I had to sign a waiver promising that I couldn't sue if I were to catch COVID and trace it back to their office!) My only thought was, who cares if I have good teeth if I contract COVID and possibly spread it to others? It was my choice to wait until I got the vaccine and I didn't like being told that I shouldn't have thought about my overall health over my teeth. When I got a few fillings they of course numbed me before drilling. But she drilled a tooth, did the filling, then drilled the next tooth. By the time she drilled my 2nd tooth the numbness was wearing off and I kept wincing in pain. All she said was "oh you shouldn't be feeling it" and kept going. It was awful and the pain lingered the rest of the day. This location is a good halfway point between home and work but I will absolutely not be returning.

Thought their questionnaire was a bit over the top. Thought I was going to have to sign my mortgage over to them to be seen. Overpriced and they just try to squeeze money out of you if you have insurance. Luckily I walked away before I got a bill because I'm sure my insurance wouldn't cover what they were asking to do. At least my old dental office would give me an estimate then ask if I want things done that the insurance may not cover. I would never recommend these scam artists. Find a more honest dental practice.

We had a very bad experience and recommend you find a more professional location. We scheduled three cleanings and after two hours none of them were done. My wife and I were both told we should get two deep cleanings and subsequent follow up cleanings every three months. We have been regularly going to separate dentist's in another state and none of of us has ever been told any special cleaning was needed. As the price was very expensive and not fully covered by insurance, I asked for a quote for standard cleaning. The receptionist refused and said it would be malpractice to give a standard cleaning. We also had our information sent from our previous dentists. First the receptionist claimed they didn't get anything. Then when I pressed her that I was CC'd she admitted they got them. She then claimed they were bad quality and could not be used as their clinic was digital. The files sent were digital images and looked exactly the same as the x-rays they took that day as I viewed them at the same time as theirs. The technician had trouble taking my son's x- rays so I told her we emailed his x-rays taken a few moths ago. They still insisted that they must take their own x-rays. This location only cares about selling expensive unnecessary procedures and frequent visits not covered by insurance. If you can stay away from this chain dentist only focused only on profits. Update: We went to other dentists numerous times since this review and have never been told a deep cleaning was needed.

The receptionist here "supposedly" scheduled me an appointment to see the orthodontist (verified with her and everything) to find out a month later on the day before the appointment it was never scheduled. So I had to wait another month and a half to have my appointment. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I wait in the lobby for almost an hour just for the orthodontist to tell me I'll need to schedule another appointment to actually get fitted for Invisalign and and get the process started. Wow. And to make matters worse the same lady who forgot to schedule me for my initial appointment was supposed to contact me about finance options for Invisalign... guess what? She failed to do that too. No one seems to be able to help me with these simple tasks. The service here is bad just to put it simply.

We had a great experience at DentalWorks Canton. We were greeted with smiles at the front desk by the office manager and dental assistant. We were seen by Dr. Abdallah. Dr. Abdallah was very personable and kind. He did a great job and had a gentle touch and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend. Also want to mention the office was very clean and organized and everything was covered in disposable plastic in the treatment rooms. We will definitely be coming back.
