a couple of new women working in the office, i had Sharon do an exam and teeth cleaning, she is very pleasant, and knows her job very well, she discovered a small lump in the back of my throat, i set up an appointment with a Doctor to have it checked out, she did the best cleaning i have ever had. and Nicole the Manager is very nice and works at the front desk, We found a problem i had with a payment card, i found out the card was canceled, I got in touch with the bank and they are sending me a new card, in the meantime we were able to use the account #, she took care of the problem after that in no time at all, she is great !

Today's visit was exceptional. Two appts in one day back to back. From the appt set-up to the dental cleaning to seeing Ortho...all went really well and appts were on time!

The most amazing, caring, and understanding staff. They took me in right away when I desperately called with a horrible tooth pain. They didn't accept my dental insurance but they tried their best to help me out. Also I have really bad anxiety going to new places and being around new ppl and they made me feel 100% comfortable and reassured me everything will be okay. I 100% recommend this place. I will forever be so thankful that they actually took the time to help me out unlike other horrible dental offices I've been to.

Can I give less than 1 star? I started out with Invisalign in 2017. They estimated I would wear them for 18 months. Over 3 years, I had seen (3) three different orthodontists who all seemed to have different plans. The 3rd Orthodontist and the one who seemed to be making the most progress suggested I switch to braces as they would be faster. 2 years later(total of 5 years) I still have braces with no end in site. I'm not on my fifth orthodontist and third location. My last 2 appointments have been rescheduled due to the doctor being at conventions, or so they say. So I haven't had an adjustment since January and next appointment isn't until July. They wouldnt respond to my complaint through the BBB and corporate won't respond to any of my emails. I have filed a grievance with my insurance company so hopefully they are kicked from my insurance. It's been a horrible experience and I would suggest you stay as far away from any DentalWorks location there is.

The hygienist at this location, Ryan, is the best. My son used to have a lot of dental fear as a young child. Ryan has always made him very comfortable.

I had an appointment for Friday morning. They emailed me a week in advance to remind me. The morning of my appointment, I get an email and text reminding me of my appointment. I drive down and ... the door is closed & locked - and the sign says they're closed on Fridays. WHAT THE FARK?!?!?!??

This was suppose to be our consultation for my son to get braces. I was called the afternoon of saying my insurance wasn't valid. Gave the girl the correct phone number to call and sure enough my insurance was valid. She told me to try and get to the appointment 15 min prior to the appointment. Which we did. We checked in and was told to have a seat. Every single person in the waiting room was complaining about how long they were waiting. A father got up after 2 other children who got there after him were called to ask the front desk if he was skipped. Sure enough the lady who was suppose to have checked him in, ended up marking the kid as NOT there. I was called up to fill out my paperwork and told to wait. I finally asked at 30 minutes past our appointment time and was told, "oh your next!" Which I said I would think so as nobody else is in the waiting room. A few people left and complained about how long they had to wait to be seen and how long the appointment actually took. Amore people showed up and we still were sitting there. By 445 I had enough and told the girl we weren't waiting any longer and I wanted my paperwork back! This was the worst first experience EVER! For a place that is accepting new patients I would recommend finding any other place to to take your money! Never again will I be back

Medical care is critical and I must rate this dental office to make others aware of how professional, helpful and patient Jennifer is to all patients. Twice she helped me correct a billing issue. I have waited as she patiently explained to an elderly gentleman what his future appointment would involve and his insurance would pay for and what his out of pocket expense would be. I highly recommend this dental office and see for yourself how friendly Jennifer is!

What a horrible experience. My Family and I have been patients for years. Experience was so, so , not the greatest but OK. We stuck with Dental Works due to the friendliness of stuff and ability of appointments. But we never liked how they changed dentists every few months. They had some great dentists along the years and some not so great once. My daughter had have braces done, experience overall was OK. Today I had a cleaning schedule for myself and 2 of my daughters. We got there 10 minutes ahead of time and being served with disclosure to sign for each person, disclosure reads: additional fee of $10 per person due to COVID! I asked what the fee is exactly for and was advised that for masks that they have to wear and for extra cleaning that have to do after us!. You got to be kidding me! 1st of all masks are mandatory for them every time even before the COVID and 2nd of all, charging me for the cleaning, $10 per person per visit?????? That should say it all. I walked out and booked an appointment with a different office. Changing my dentist ! You lost me and my Family forever!!!!!!! You are disgrace for the dental community! SHAME ON YOU!!!!! This Office is great! The Office ladies are very professional and friendly when checking you in for appointment. Ryan cleaned my teeth and was very thorough and gentle. Dr. DeBoor examined my teeth and gave me a clean Bill of health. Will definitely be back!

Management horrible blames you if things arent right. All they are about is money. Spent over 5000 for invisalign my teeth shouldve been straighter. Said I waited a year when was closed 4months due to Coronavirus. Told me pay 3000 more dollars. When manager just told me short of workers because unemployment is more. Want be making money out of me that you lost. Please go to a dentist that cares about you & not just the money. THE DENTIST I HAVE NOW HAS MADE ME SO HAPPY. If close to Shining Smiles in Wheaton much better choice.
