Reception is super polite and helpful and the Dr for oral surgery is amazing as well. My daughter is high anxiety as is but everyone was super patient with her many questions while at same time asking me (mom) multiple times if I needed anything or had any questions.

WARNING DO NOT, DO NOT go to this dental practice. I paid $1,700 + dollars.. they placed a crown and did not cement the crown all the way which led to debris, decay and an odor under the crown. I've seen several dentists and they all say the same thing. DentalWorks was NOT willing to fix the issue OR give me a refund. They even canceled an appointment I had with them in Beachwood... citing I missed appointments in Mayfield (I can't go back to mayfield) so I can't be seen at Beachwood? What? Now have to pay thousands of dollars to another dentist to correct the issue.. for their mistake! This is not the last time they will be hearing from me... TRUST ME! You will waste ALOT of money going to this unprofessional, janky office. From the Office Manager to Dr. Davis. They treat their patients VERY POORLY!

Dr. Davis provides a warm welcoming atmosphere. The office is clean, his staff is friendly, and the work provided is efficient. My family and I are completely satisfied after each visit! Highly recommended!

My opinion of this office is EVERY, SINGLE PERSON HAS THEE ABSOLUTE BEST Customer Service Skills when it comes to their patients. I consider Dr. Davis as your "TOP TIER" dentist when it comes to his performance. I appreciate his attention to me as a patient because it makes me feel that my voice and opinion regarding my care is valued. I recommend that if you are in need of an EXCELLENT DENTAL PRACTICE, PLEASE GIVE THIS Dental Works location a try. You'll be MORE THAN HAPPY THAT YOU DID!!!

There was a misunderstanding with my insurance information and I was told that it was an unpaid balance and would have to reschedule my appointment due to the incorrect information they had in the system. I was able to straighten the situation out and was able to make a payment plan and keep my appointment. Dr. Davis is very professional and kind. I recommend this office to family and friends. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I wish I could give this practice 10 stars

The office smelled fragrant and the staff was very nice. The hygenist was good and after seeing 3 dentist over the years for the same problem, Dr Michael Davis found the root of the problem. I see some longevity here.

Wonderful care. After having 9 teeth pulled I experienced almost no pain. Needed to call Dr K the next morning due to an allergic reaction to the antibiotic. Was able to reach him right away and he immediately called in a new prescription to my pharmacy. Incredible compassionate care.

It's not always a pleasant experience going to a dentist however the Dental Works staff on Chagrin Boulevard was a friendly staff. I did not have a long wait to be seen. The dental hygienist was very friendly and considerate to my sensitivity. Dr. Davis was very attentive to my concerns it was a good visit I would recommend them highly to anyone in that area

Great experience with Dr. Krajekian and his assistant getting wisdom teeth pulled. So kind and gentle with me when I got nervous for my procedure. Really great when I needed follow up services. I'd definitely recommend them. Also, dental works Beachwood is always fast with its services and clean and the staff is nice and well trained.

I checked my dental insurance. I showed the billing lady my dental coverage. I have zero copay on the x-ray they did. But she insisted to charge me $30. She has little knowledge on processing the insurance claim and is unprofessional.

The Customer Service in this office is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I LOVE my dentist, Dr. Davis!!! He's very attentive to my concerns as his patient and I greatly appreciate it. If you're looking for a great office to go to for your oral hygiene needs, thisis CERTAINLY THE PLACE TO CONSIDER!!!
