Dr Tom is wonderful, explained everything clearly, took his time, gently filled my tooth. The ladies that work there are SO nice & seem so happy to be working there.

Stay away from this place by all means. They falsely diagnose you, give you an estimate of charges that they know is not the correct amount for the patient responsibility, and then they charge you for services that they know insurance won't cover, leaving you with an outrageous bill and pretending they didn't know the insurance wouldn't cover it. They keep sending us bills with incorrect charges and you can never get in touch with someone who wants to correct your account. I don't know how they sleep at night.

I was so pleased with the Doctor and Staff, never had a dentist office so informative on taking care of your teeth!! And explaining X-rays directly to you!!!

Tammy at Bainbridge OH location. She hooked me up with a cleaning today. She has been my go to for years and I wouldn't trade her for nothing. She is nice, curtious, she listens and we share meaningful conversations. She always makes sure I am good to go. She is great. v/r Jeff Duncan

Dr. Jordan is knowledgeable and nice. He explains step by step what he is doing. Bridgette is soft spoken and knowledgeable when speaking about your bill. The front desk is friendly and efficient. This is all important to me for my dental care. I never had to wait long and I'm in and out at the scheduled time. I can't wait to receive my partials. I trust they will be perfect.

I hate going to the dentist. They were very assuring and extremely kind. I would not hesitate to go back but they resolved everything in one day.
