This review is coming from someone who didn't want to go to the dentist in the 1st place. From the moment I walked into the outer office I was surrounded by smiles. From the receptionist to the dental assistants flowing into the doctor. I was put to ease right away because of the caring, happy, friendly attitudes of literally everyone. When doctor Zimmerman came in he was friendly and really took his time with me. He listened to my concerns and did not dismiss me like other dentists in the past. He explained to me in detail the plan and I was on board. An exray was taken and the office manager went over the pricing with me, and left me feeling hopeful. My experience here was really good! Can't wait to see the outcome and my new smile!!!

My experience at DentalWorks - Avon was great! Coming in as a new patient, I felt very welcomed! Everyone was friendly and the staff was very thorough from start to finish. I especially appreciated how they took the time to make things personal and explain everything.and answer any and all questions that I had. Thanks for making this a great experience!

My family and I moved to Avon, Ohio, in 2018. After searching for a dental provider, we decided to give DentalWorks (Avon) a try. The DentalWorks staff took their time to answer all of my family's questions and concerns regarding toothaches, braces, and even billing. After four years, the DentalWorks staff have become part of our family. I proudly recommend DentalWorks as the best place to handle your dental, orthodontist, and hygienist care.
