I LOVE Dr T....this was my 1st root canal & he was amazing-even had someone hold my hand during the shots! I would NEVER trust anyone other than Dr T with my oral health!!!

I was greeted in a friendly manner when I entered the clinic. Registration was efficient and thorough. The hygienist greeted me right away and escorted me to the examining room. She was friendly and skilled when taking x-rays. She made me feel at ease while she worked. Dr. Trakakis is always friendly and makes me feel relaxed, even when I need some extensive work. He is an excellent dentist. I recommend the entire staff 100%.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The overall appearance is clean and decorated amazingly. A special thanks to Michelle the hygienist, she's the best I've ever had. All in all, I wouldn't go anywhere else but DentalWorks Aurora. Dr. T is the BEST

Dr. T and hygienist Sharon are amazing. They made me feel comfortable, explained exactly what was going to happen, were efficient & gentle and really cared about my overall oral health going forward. I highly recommend this office & their team!

Told me I had Periodontitis Which is a severe gum infection that can lead to tooth loss and other serious health complications. Told me I had bleeding gums. Severe abscess and infection. But let me leave, what kind of Doctor would let a patient leave with that diagnosis with out a prescription to fight the infection. I could die from severe infection. At no time while I was there my gums were bleeding, No sensitivity or pain. No matter how many times he or the hygienist probed and stabbed my gums. No pain or bleeding Did the suction rinse for barely a second. I was told I need a tooth extraction and I was had severe bone loss. LOL LOL LOL An insurance companies and patient nightmare. Stay away.

Love Dr.T. Getting dental work really stresses me out but Dr. T makes me feel comfortable and helps me get through it with ease. He is awesome.

Today I came in to get my tooth pull. I had tobe put to sleep. Before the procedure the team made sure that I had someone come to get me become I would not be able to drive. I give Dential works a 5 Star Recommend them highly

Dr. T is the BEST. He constantly makes sure you're comfortable and feeling little to no pain. He's thorough and explains treatment plans completely. The nurses here are also just as lovely. 10/10 would recommend this place

1/20/22 This place is a joke, I've spent so much money on services.(Cause let's face it, dental procedures aren't cheap). I have an account I'm making payments plans towards. Today I had a cleaning done and the hygienist recommended an oral rinse for my particular visit. She says it's $25 out of pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover it if she sent it to the pharmacy. I followed by saying I never pay for any prescription out of pocket. She emphasized "I use to work at a pharmacy so I would know". I didn't have time or patience to challenge her there and then cause I had other important matters to attend. I followed the directions on the rinse and decided to call my insurance for coverage details. As I suspect, they DO cover the oral rinse and didn't have to pay. I call to respectfully settle this error that happened because of their staff and their false statements. The manager was not budging on a refund because it was a "retail office product", she said should couldn't help me. I then asked I don't care about refunding the product I just wanted my account I have with them to get deducted for the rinse. She then said since I missed my last appointment she would credit the $25 dollars and they would call it even. She continued by judging me on why I would make an appointment if I'm not going to make it. That was the last straw with them. First that's none of their business why I couldn't make an appointment. I've paid so much money to this place and have had nothing but issues with my bridge and gums since anyway. I've always went here because they do the work they should fix whatever cause is related to the work they have doner. Also, they never notified me they charge for missed appointments. As a reoccurring customer and one who pays their dues I would expect more sympathy from this establishment especially when I'm here trying to fix an issue their staff created.

Came in to replace a bridge and 4 front teeth, and had a few caps, front teeth look great Dr. Trakakis did a very good job, and staff is good also, just make sure they take your dental insurance first.

The staff is Polite, knowledgeable and they take time to explain if you have questions. Me my husband and my kids have been going there more than 15 years we all love Dr. T and his professional team. I moved 30 minutes away from them two years ago but no way I am changing my dentist , they are simply the best. Sadia khan
