I am extremely disappointed. I made the appointment with Dental Works because they accept Medicare. But, after the exam and cleaning were completed, I was informed Medicare did not cover $312 of the procedure I had just undergone. The $312 would be out of my pocket. I would like to have known Medicare did not cover the procedure prior to completing it. I will investigate another provider.

The most unethical, Incompetent dentistry I've ever visited. Not once, or twice, but three times she did fillings to an areas in related to the pain. Keeps recommending me to also do a crown when my prior dentist that did the root canal stated to me, I do not need a crown. This is a terrible practice. This is not the first complaint of such claims. This dentist will keep recommending things you do not need and fill things that are unrelated you you keep returning with the same problem without ever resolving it. I urge all with similar experiences to report this to the Board of dentistry and make your insurance aware of the practice they are engaging in.

I can not thank Dr Hawley and her staff enough for the excellent experience. I am always nervous to see a dentist. Dr Hawley and her staff are all so courteous and professional. That really turned my nervousness to ease.

These people are crooks pure and simple, especially Dr. Hawley. I went to them for invisalign treatments to close the gap in my front teeth. After starting the invisalign, I learned that virtually everyone on my mom's side of the family had the same gap in their front teeth and all of them had closed it by applying bonding. When I asked Dr. Hawley about bonding, she first told me the gap was too large. Then, I completed the invisalign treatment, the gap had still not closed, and this time Dr. Hawley told me that the bonding would not hold due to the nature of my bite. My grandma said they told her the same thing, and her bonding has been on for 40 years. I spent thousands of dollars to close the gap in my front teeth and these crooks promised but failed to deliver.

The cleanest place all around from the rooms to bathrooms. They take care of you super fast and the longest I waited was like 7 minutes. 90% of time I walk right in. Great place. 10 stars out of 5

I called them at 10:30 AM with an emergency situation and they were able to see me by 11:45 AM and as always I was treated with respect and given the best professional service

Always top notch service, friendly staff. Even though I've moved a few miles away, I still make the drive because they are best I've come across and they get you in and out usually under an hour. Great work.
