Friendly courteous staff and the office personal are awesome. I don't have any problems getting appointments or rescheduling when needed. I won't ever be able to say I like dentists due to an incident when I was a kid but with Dentalworks of Alcoa TN I no longer go into panic mode when it's time to see the Dentist.

Very professional and only did dental work if needed. Technician very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also Mary Ellen and Liz who work front desk are terrific and really are helpful with insurance and scheduling. They will do their best to work you in when possible.

The denture I got for my implant has been terrible. It has been adjusted so many times. And for 2500.00 I should not be having all this trouble. I want a new denture or my money back.

I had a terrible toothache saw me right away and got me on antibiotics immediately and then scheduled what I needed done. Dr Brown and her staff are absolutely awesome! thank you so much for all you do for me. They will definitely go out of their way if you have an emergency that needs attention.

I have several video recordings of them telling me my insurance would cover everything and 3 weeks later i receive a bill. 147 dollars may seem like a petty amount but i plan on filling a small claims case, just for principal why you may ask ?Because people should be held accountable for what they tell people. Service was below standard they can't seem to keep a Dentist longer than 6 months. Place is spotless though i will say that and the Lady working as the receptionist/ Office person is very helpful and kind. I voiced my opinions and concerns about what i was told she obviously disagreed which is her right we had a pleasant conversation and i will continue with filling my claims case and look forward to everyone watching the videos. Everyone do yourself a favor and buy a body camera and wear it . And as a side Bar i was told by another Dentist that the upper Dentures i received from them are actually below industry standards but my insurance was Billed for Top of the line Dentures? Interesting to say the least.

I have been with Dental Works in Alcoa and I have not ever had a testy nor bad/negative experience with them. I actually enjoy my dentist appointments with them. I would greatly recommend them to any/every one who has not gotten a good experience with a dentist...

I used to love coming here, yet I've tried making an appointment since January and they had me reschedule 4 times and then proceeded to tell me they would call when they had a hygienist in. It has been months. I called about a week ago and they don't return phone calls apparently...
