Dr. Marckese obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2000, after which, she practiced as an associate dentist for three and a half years. In November, 2004, she decided to follow her dream and open DentalSpa in Indianapolis, IN.
One of Dr. Marckeses main goals is to alter the attitudes of fearful patients by giving them a unique dental experience focusing on quality dental care, customer service, personal touch, and pampering. In addition, she makes sure to spend one on one time with each and every patient to understand what YOUR dental concerns and desires are.

I was born and raised in a small town in Illinois, and moved to the Indianapolis area in 2004, to help Docs dream of DentalSpa come true. I have over 40yrs experience in many aspects of the Dental Field. Since day one, my position as Office Manager has been a complete joy. From establishing close, personal relationships with our patients, to working with an incredible Boss and Team, whose sisterhood I treasure dearly. DentalSpas belief in taking the time to share kindness and offer comfort to our guests, along with providing the highest quality care, has made my job not feel like work at all.
Im blessed to have Martin (my guy) by my side for over 14 years. We enjoy our time traveling, motorcycle riding, and being outdoors, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. At home, we have fun with the antics of two very loved pets. Gus, a Yorkshire terrier, and Stella, a tuxedo cat and truly do act like brother and sister.
Family is very important to me, which is a big reason I love this team here at DentalSpa. Everyone here including Dr. Amy, the staff, and the patients are all so warm and friendly Im happy to say this is my home away from home! I am a licensed massage therapist and first joined the DentalSpa team in August 2011 doing massages for patients and helping at the front desk.
Since then I have taken over all of the Insurance duties and am loving it! Being able to gather information on each patients dental policy and answer any questions is a great fit for me. Dont get me wrong, I still enjoy helping with the occasional massage and interacting with our awesome patients! My husband Greg and I enjoy spending time with our big blended family, all of our kids and grandkids are the highlight of our lives. Life couldnt be better!
I first joined this amazing DentalSpa family back in 2006! I did take a short 4-year break to spend some great quality time with my 3 incredible boys! I graduated from massage school in 2004. I graduated from Indiana University-South Bend with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1997. So, I have been cleaning teeth for a long time, but love every minute of it!! I have been with DentalSpa since the first day we opened! I look forward to catching up with the patients that I have formed relationships with every 6 months.
My husband, Michael and I have two marvelous children, Maeve and Finn. We live in the Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood and enjoy all the benefits of living in the city. We enjoy running and biking downtown and along the canal to Broad Ripple. We belong to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, where Maeve and Finn attend school! I love the family that I have formed here at DentalSpa and always have fun at work.
I graduated from Indiana University South Bend with my degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004. I found Dr. Amy in December 2006 and fell in love with DentalSpa! After moving away in 2010, my family relocated back to Fishers in 2014. It feels good to be home! I am married to Michael, and we have two beautiful daughters, Ella and Alyssa. I currently work part-time with my Dentalspa family.
I graduated from IU School of Dentistrys Dental Hygiene program in 2008. I am a time (not full time, not part time) dental HYGENIUS who has been working at DentalSpa since 2012. I am known as the one who is always pregnant. Well, four children later, my and my husbands wolfpack is complete! Patients no longer need to worry about my being on maternity leaves. I absolutely LOVE my job! My relationships between me and my patients and co-workers have become friendships. I feel lucky to provide top-quality care in such a unique dental environment.
I met Dr. Amy in 2004 while working as a Dental Assistant for a referring office. After graduating from IU School of Dentistry in 2010, I began my career as a dental hygienist with DentalSpa. After 10 years away our paths crossed again and I am back! I absolutely love my job! I am truly blessed to be a part of the DentalSpa family.
My husband, Brandon, and I have an amazing son Landon and our dog, Max. When not cleaning teeth, I love spending time with my family and friends. We LOVE football and golf along with an occasional vacation to Las Vegas!
I began my career in dentistry in 2005, a highlight of which was an externship that I completed here at DentalSpa in 2006. Im thrilled to be back as part of the DentalSpa family, as one of Dr. Amys expanded assistants. I love meeting new guests and working in such a beautiful environment every day.
When not assisting guests, you can find me spending time with my husband (Jared) and two kids (Avery and Cora) often rooting on the Auburn Tigers! War Eagle! After Cora was born, I started my own photography business and I have absolutely loved capturing my clients smiles through my lens!
I have been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant since 2015. My experience is mainly in general/cosmetic dentistry and pediatrics. Originally, I came to DentalSpa to sub for Dr. Amy, but it felt like home so quickly I knew I had to stay. I LOVE teeth, esthetics, and our wonderful patients. I am so thankful to work for a truly remarkable woman with such an incredible team.
My husband, Austin, is my best friend. Together we are raising 3 rowdy boys; Grayson, Harry, and Nicky. I stay busy being a wife and momma, but when I have free time you can find me at a car show, in a tree stand, or just spending time with our loved ones. If we havent met already, Im looking forward to meeting you!
I pursued my passionate career in dentistry and graduated in 2016. I am very fortunate to work alongside such a talented Doctor as her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and to be a part of an amazing team who are like family. When Im not assisting Im enjoying my time with my husband (Chris) and our 2 kids (Aaliyah and CJ). In the summer you can find us on the lakes enjoying our boat with friends and family; something I value wholeheartedly.
