Dr. Diez began his career in dentistry by attending the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee. Upon graduating, he immediately enrolled in the schools Master of Science Program with a Clinical Specialty in Prosthodontics. Furthermore, Dr. Diez has been able to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of dental health professionals by serving as a teaching assistant, instructor, and mentor to countless students and practicing dentists.
Dr. Diez has earned many prestigious recognitions for his academic and professional accomplishments throughout his career. Namely, hes been the recipient of the Marquette University Outstanding Leadership Achievement Award and the Teledyne Water Pik Award for Excellence in Prosthodontics.
Dr. Diez has earned a reputation among his patients for his skill and comforting bedside manner. He is proud to have provided his quality treatment to patients across the country and is certified to practice dentistry in Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
He received his dental degree in 1991 from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. Dr. Arroyo went on to advance his education by enrolling in the Advanced General Dentistry program at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, as well as taking part in several externships focusing on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. After his education in Detroit, Dr. Arroyo completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami School of Medicine in 1999.

Dr. Arroyo has a profound understanding of the needs and concerns of his patients. Dr. Andrew Brattain was born and raised in Miami, FL and graduated from Christopher Columbus High School (Class of 2008). He graduated from the University of Florida in 2012, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. He then moved to Boston and graduated from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2016 with summa cum laude honors.
Dr. Brattain and his wife Danielle began their professional careers in Tampa, Fl. While in Tampa, they welcomed their first-born baby girl Olivia. This past year, they decided to finally move back home to Miami and are now expecting the birth of their baby boy.
Dr. Brattain is very excited to join Dr. Diez and Dr. Arroyo in this amazing practice. He believes first and foremost in the importance of building a strong relationship with each of his patients. This creates a foundation that allows for personalized treatment to achieve the best patient experience and oral health possible. Through various forms of education and experience, Dr. Brattain constantly stays up to date with the latest advancements in dental treatment and looks forward to utilizing these with all his patients.
Michelle Roberts obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1996 from the Central University of Venezuela School of Dentistry and then went on to complete her Dental Hygiene Program at Miami Dade College, thus obtaining her Associate in Science Dental Hygiene Degree. She has worked in private practice for over 20 years and has a special interest in periodontal therapy. Michelle is committed to getting to know her patients individually so she can provide the highest standard of care and recommend the best treatment for her patients personal needs. She currently resides in Doral with her husband, daughter and three cats. In her free time she enjoys bicycling, Tai Chi and hiking.

Yes Great team, Dr. Arroyo great oral surgeon, the best of the best. But if you are a happy, outgoing person that like to laugh, joke and speak your mind, you can't work there. De Diez doesn't like a happy person , he wants a model to work for him. I did my job 1000 % for 6 months when out of my way to be a team player and was terminated because I like to laugh, joke and speak my mind and wont wear highheelsor makeup. So if you are a boring, shy and scare person then you can work with them. Dr.Diez makes jokes and talk about certain patients but he wants his employees to be boring

As a new patient, my daughter went to see Dr. Brattain very stressed and anxious about a few cavities that needed to be taken care of. Since she have had traumatic experiences in the past, I made sure the office staff was made aware of it. From the moment we walked in everyone in the office was very welcoming, professional, caring and attentive. Dr. Brattain explained the procedures in detail and put my daughter at ease. No other dentist had done that before for her & she felt like he really cared about her as a patient. Her experience was great & painless. The Nitro helped a great deal too!! I highly recommend Dentalmed Associates to anyone who fears seeing a Dentist. Thank you everyone!!!! Special thanks to Ms. Patricia who assisted Dr. Brattain and who was very patient, understanding and just wonderful. She kept me up to date every so often while I waited in the reception area.

I came to Dr. Arroyo after being recommended by a friend of mine, and I couldn't be happier I did. I had my wisdom teeth removed after they were compacted and pushing my other teeth together. Dr. Arroyo is a expert of his craft and artfully extracted my third molars while being minimally invasive. I thought I was going to be in pain for a long time, but that was not the case, I had very little pain and very little swelling. My other friends couldn't believe I had them removed- because their experience with wisdom teeth surgery left their faces super swollen. I healed very quickly and did not suffer from dry sockets. From what I understood, Dr. Arroyo told me this is because he used the plasma from my blood on the site of the operation to promote healing. Very satisfied and I would recommend him to anyone.

I am extremely happy to say I am very satisfied with the care I received by Dr Juan Arroyo & his team @ Dental Med Associates. They were very professional, efficient,caring & attentive. I am usually very nervous & anxious for any oral procedures,but they were able to allay my fears & complete everything without me experiencing pain or discomfort. Dr Arroyo took the time to call me at home the evening of the surgery to ckeck on me to make sure I was doing ok,& reassuring me that I could feel free to call him anytime with any questions or concerns, even though clear & concise post op instructions had been given to me prior to me being taken to my car. My scripts had previously been picked up from the pharmacy.Abx & analgesic as needed. I could not ask for anything more. My daughter who picked me up was very thankful & very impressed with the level of care I received from the staff. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Dr Juan Arroyo and the staff at Dental Med Associates.

Most people don't like dentists, but I absolutely love coming here. The team is so nice and accommodating, they practically treat you like family. Dr. Arroyo is just wonderful as well, he always has a smile on his face, which you can see even through the surgical mask. They are being super careful about Covid. I definitely recommend this Dr and his staff.

dr. diez is so amazing !!! after my orthodontic work i still had a couple issues and he helped fix them with so much care and dedication. i love the way my teeth turned out and i cannot thank the staff at dentalmed enough. the assistants are amazing and it was a great experience:))))))))))))

Customer service is something that is appreciated, not being a number makes a huge difference; Dr Arroyo and his team provided everything during my visits, from the registration, follow up, during the treatment, then the Doctor call me to see how I was doing, you don't see this anymore, excellent and professional service.

I needed to remove my wisdom teeth because they were growing in sideways. Doctor Arroyo was excellent! He not only called to check on me, but was very communicative in what his plan was, and explaining what I would be experiencing as a patient. I highly recommend DentalMed!

This place was the worst dentist I've gone to. The assistants are unprofessional & don't clean the lab and dental materials correctly. They are rude to their customers and scream at each other in front of the patients. I will never go here again.

Dr Arroyo and his team are amazing. Went in to get all four wisdom teeth removed and they were so professional and helpful. I felt no pain and had zero complications, he even called and sent a card after my surgery. Highly recommend.
