Many of our patients drop in for teeth whitening treatments during their lunch breaks from work. We are open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays to fit our patients busy schedules.
Our offices are paperless and completely electronic. We keep digital records, use digital x-rays and panoramic imaging, and use digital impressions rather than messy, uncomfortable impression materials. Using this digital information, we only work with quality dental laboratories who can craft high-quality crowns, bridges, and dentures more quickly and with greater control over the quality of the finished product.
Dental365 accepts most major dental insurance plans. We offer in-office plans for patients without insurance to make the cost of treatment affordable on nearly any budget. Additionally, we offer CareCredit patient financing, which works like a credit card that is available for medical and dental costs that are not covered by your insurance provider. This third-party financing company offers low-interest rates with flexible repayment terms. Wonderful service vary nice staff and doctors no complaints at all got 2 fillings and they were effortless did not hurt at all 10 out of 10 it costed a little over 500 for two fillings and nitrous oxide gas would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a dentist

Chris was patient and helpful in booking my emergency appt. She has a soft, kind demeanor that would ease any anxiety someone has walking into a dentist's office. Angel, the hygienist, was gentle and soft spoken. He has a calming aura about him and made this tough visit a bit easier for me. Dr Werner was empathetic in guiding me through the next steps of the process I had to walk through. My husband had a wonderful experience with the office and comes to his appointments without the worry he used to have. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

Dr Winberry is the BEST. I had several extractions done by her and I could not believe how smoothly it all went. She takes the time to patiently explain the process, and what to expect. Zero pain during the procedure, and amazingly no pain afterwards. Simply the best.

I couldn't thank you enough for taking me again on a emergency visit , Dr. Diamond , you were amazing at explaining and making a extremely uncomfortable and painful situation, a lot more tolerable with your pleasant amd kind manner, as did your assistant Jainie and front staff . Update 12/13/2021 Just had to Thank you Dr. Diamond and Stephanie for making me feel Comfortable and at ease , wonderful Doctor excellent staff .

I've been to both the West Islip and Bellmore offices and both are beautiful, clean and easy to find. The doctors and the staff are equally amazing! Crystal, one of the Assistance is absolutely charming and friendly and makes you feel right at home! Actually the entire staff in both locations are awesome!

I went to Dental365 in West Islip. OMG I have a fear of dentist but had am emergency. Dr. Diamond and his staff was AMAZING.#AWESOME They was able to cater to my anxiety and fix my issue with no problem. They even stayed passed closing time take sure I was fully pleased with the work. #DEDICATION. The place is clean from the door the bathroom and every room I passed had state of the art equipment. And it smelled amazing #AROMATIC. I would recommend I would go back. Kudos to whoever was the brains behind the operation. I am not getting g paid to give a review. I'm A #satisfied customer.

The place is very clean, the dentist is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely caring for his patients . The staff, especially the lady named Olga was extremely nice, caring and knew what she was doing. Estephan also knew what she was doing and also nice. I can't say anything negative about this place. I came for my son but booked for myself.

If you are lucky enough to have Dr Winberry take care of you at the West Islip location, then you'll understand what I mean when I say she is one of the most efficient, gentle dentist I've ever experienced. After just completing a root canal and nearly falling asleep in the chair from not feeling any pain I could not believe when she told me she was done. I have experienced many dentists, from Nassau County to Suffolk and no one can compete with Dr. Winberry. Maureen her assistant was very efficient and kind. The office staff he's friendly and the office is pleasing and very clean. I needless to say highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Winberry and her assistant made me feel comfortable. She's a very good doctor. Explained everything that was being done. Front desk went over in detail what I had to pay out of pocket. Everything went smooth today. I was very happy with my experience there. Much better than that other dental place I went to down the road. Can't say the name because of legal reasons

I have been a patient of Dr. Diamond formerly of North Babylon, now at Dental365 West Islip for more than 10 years. He is compassionate, caring and extremely thorough with a healthy dose of humor. Dr. Diamond takes his time going over medical diagnosis and explains everything to me in a clear manner. His staff especially Estephany is caring and professional. Michele at front desk is always helpful and kind, I appreciate follow up phone calls after procedure. They follow all Covid guidelines and made me feel very comfortable and safe. This is first class dental care center on south shore. I highly recommended this office to anyone who is looking for great dental care. FIVE STARS

The location in West Islip is amazing. I am more of a nervous person and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Ask for Marybeth and Dr.Winberry. You won't be disappointed. Michelle at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I'll be switching to them moving forward.

The entire staff from the receptionist to the assistants to the Doctor we're all amazing!!! They were accommodating, friendly and helpful! I had an emergency and was leaving for a trip the next day and they were able to get me in on short notice and take care of me. I don't care for going to dentists and I have been avoiding them, until now. This experience has made me want to come back and take better care of my teeth! Thank you to the whole Dental365 team in West Islip!!! See you soon!
