Many of our patients drop in for teeth whitening treatments during their lunch breaks from work. We are open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays to fit our patients busy schedules.
Our offices are paperless and completely electronic. We keep digital records, use digital x-rays and panoramic imaging, and use digital impressions rather than messy, uncomfortable impression materials. Using this digital information, we only work with quality dental laboratories who can craft high-quality crowns, bridges, and dentures more quickly and with greater control over the quality of the finished product.
Dental365 accepts most major dental insurance plans. We offer in-office plans for patients without insurance to make the cost of treatment affordable on nearly any budget. Additionally, we offer CareCredit patient financing, which works like a credit card that is available for medical and dental costs that are not covered by your insurance provider. This third-party financing company offers low-interest rates with flexible repayment terms. From entering to a clean, and professional office with friendly and helpful front desk receptionists. Providers are excellent and always go the extra mile for their patients. Provider assistants are friendly and gentle!! Both providers and their assistants truly care about your dental goals, keeping you hygienic. They know how important your smile is so visually so they are very detailed and do all they can to make your smile perfect! Shout out especially to Dr. Mark Schlesinger and Dr. Kristin Song!!!!

So happy my insurance company recommended Dental365, the union square office has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They got me in a for a consultation in less than 24 hours and did the procedure the same day. They also allowed me to come back in for a check up to clear my mind of any worry regarding my procedure. They also are so great at answering any questions over the phone and super helpful explaining insurance things. I will be using them from now on for any dental instances. So grateful I was connected to this establishment.

Had such a pleasant experience here and I don't say that often, especially about a dentist. From the moment I made an appointment, the front desk staff, as well as the medical personnel were all wonderful. The hygienist, Nelly, that did my cleaning was really knowledgeable and gave me a lot of useful tips to help keep my gums healthy. The cleaning itself was very thorough and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'll definitely be coming back.

Super convenient location! Always flexible and ready to help when needed. Dr Song is great as well as Nelly the hygienist. There is basically no waiting time and the front desk are super helpful! Thanks Jack and Niveen! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

I was going here for a few years but ever since John took over the front desk, my experience has been absolutely horrible. My appointment that was scheduled months in advance got canceled last minute and the only time they could schedule me was a month out. They sent me multiple text messages and voice mails confirming my new appointment and when i showed up at the office for it, he said they had no record of it and they couldnt see me. He couldnt even explain why. Even after i showed him all the confirmation messages. I will not be returning here- something is seriously wrong with their system/management/new personnel. Terrible customer service.

Nice clean office. The staff was very friendly. The doctor saw me minutes after I checked in. I wasn't sitting around for an hour which is usually typical in other offices I have gone to. Overall it was a great experience

I recently had my first appointment at Dental365! I was able to get an appointment quickly. The new patient intake process was easy. Dr. Song was thorough and provided helpful advice. She didn't think I needed to get a filling just yet, as my previous dentist had insisted. The dental hygienist, Nelly, was patient and gentle. She was able to take my x-rays without the discomfort I had experienced previously. I am very pleased with my visit and plan to be coming back!!

Normally I am not a fan of the dentist but Dr. Song made me feel at ease while doing my root canal. Dr. Song is knowledgeable and empathic towards her patients. She talked me through the procedure and made me feel like I was in great hands. The front staff is welcoming and respectful. When it comes to payment the manager, Niveen, is able to thoroughly explain the cost and when scheduling follow ups she tries best to find an opening that works with your schedule

Went to Dr.Song for a second opinion and I'm glad I went! She was able to explain everything to me and break down the treatment I needed. The staff were wonderful especially the girl at the front desk Niveen, she went over costs and helped me choose the best option. Overall very pleased with the treatment I received and would definitely recommend.

I came here for a routine cleaning/check up and was treated very well! Everyone was professional and welcoming from the receptionist who communicated pricing for my personal visit plan of treatment, the hygienist Nelly who communicated everything very thoroughly, the x ray woman who was such a delight, and Dr. Song. Would recommend!

I came in to the Facility as a Walk-in as the walking dead with so much pain in my wisdom tooth. The cost, I was unable to come out of pocket at the moment . With the help of Jack respectfully I was able to get approved financially and get my tooth extracted by the wonderful Dr.Schlesinger who did the job quick and easy. I highly recommend to Make This dentist your facility.

It is a great place! I asked many dentists to remove my impact wisdom tooth (very painful) and they did not want to remove it since it was very close to the nerve - at this office people are not scared to take the challenge to do real work!!! I am thankful for stumbling upon this office.

I like this branch of Dental 365 at Union Square a lot. The reception staff is friendly and courteous. The hygienist, Nellie, is great, doing a thorough cleaning on my teeth and recommending ways -- reinforced by color photos of my teeth taken during the appointment -- to improve self-care of my teeth and gums. // I especially recommend Dr Song, who crowned by cavity-filled tooth, and Dr Schlesinger, who pulled a wisdom tooth that should have come out years ago. Both were expert at what they did and I was able to return to work right after each appointment, basically pain-free even when the Novocaine wore off. Thank you!
