Many of our patients drop in for teeth whitening treatments during their lunch breaks from work. We are open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays to fit our patients busy schedules.
Our offices are paperless and completely electronic. We keep digital records, use digital x-rays and panoramic imaging, and use digital impressions rather than messy, uncomfortable impression materials. Using this digital information, we only work with quality dental laboratories who can craft high-quality crowns, bridges, and dentures more quickly and with greater control over the quality of the finished product.
Dental365 accepts most major dental insurance plans. We offer in-office plans for patients without insurance to make the cost of treatment affordable on nearly any budget. Additionally, we offer CareCredit patient financing, which works like a credit card that is available for medical and dental costs that are not covered by your insurance provider. This third-party financing company offers low-interest rates with flexible repayment terms. The application process is quick and simple, and our front office team will be happy to help answer any questions you have along the way.

Dr. Flatow has been our family dentist for the last 10 years or so. My daughter and I just had several painless procedures done. We all love and trust Dr. Flatow to diagnose and fix any issue we may have. He is very kind and gentle and is an exceptional dentist.

I always have such a welcoming experience coming for my cleanings. Everyone is super friendly. The team is very communicative and always text me to remind me of my appointments. Everyone is super accommodating. There are no surprises and they explain everything every step of the way, they made me feel super comfortable. I've come back for several different procedures (cleaning, deep cleaning, fillings) highly recommend!

I cant begin to explain how amazing hygienist, Christina is! Her chair side manner is absolutely superb. Shes kind and gentle and explained everything along the way! My teeth absolutely felt amazing and I cant wait to book with her in 6 months. The office was also very clean and tidy.

I had hit Dental failure at the age of 45 and was feeling hopeless when Dental 365 Forest a hills of Austin Street had welcomed me in for a consult. I had been silently suffering with severe Dental anxiety for quite some time which held me back from completing any recommended dental plans. No one had the patience to work with me until I met Dr. Ng from Dental 365 Forest Hills. As a team, ranging from the front desk to the actual treating dentist (Dr. Ng) Dental 365 Austin Street knew exactly how to handle the anxiety; the minute I walked in. I was constantly reassured by multiple staff members while I was there no matter how despondent I was feeling about the process or present dental emergency; " I was in "good hands" the "right place for help and I would get there". Dr Ng was the first and only dentist I have ever been able complete a plan of care with! We went from frequent breaks during the first emergency route canal to a place of trust and comfort where I actually now fall asleep in the chair during extensive work. I have completed 10 caps 4 route canals; and 1 extraction. He uses a special trick for me at the start of each procedure in lieu of having to use the numbing gel (which really bothers me) so that I do not even feel the pinch of the needle. He is able to help distract my anxiety throughout the procedures with stories about his family, whistling and of course re-assurance throughout while working quickly to minimize my time in the chair. We always discuss any concerns or worried regarding the procedure before we begin which helps put me more at ease. I have more work to complete but I'm grateful to Dr. Ng and his team knowing that the most difficult part of my journey is in the past! Meanwhile, I am enjoying all the compliments of a beautiful new smile (which I never thought I would have again) and relief from the chronic dental discomfort I had been struggling with; If I can do this anyone can! First time getting my cleaning done here. From the front desk to the dental hygienist (Nancy) were awesome. I really don't like getting cleanings cause it's painful. Nancy was SUPER careful and gentle. And the results were great. They also they images of the before and after of your teeth. Highly recommend and ask for NANCY!!!

Dr. Flatow is a patient, understanding and an efficient doctor. He explains what needs to be done and gives you options going forward. He is very gentle if your sensitive like myself. I had filling procedures done by him, he takes his time with numbing and is very patient if you need a break but you literally don't feel any pain or discomfort. I was assisted by Cynthia who was also patient during the filling process and very gentle. She also checked up on me on how I was feeling during the procedure. I trust Dr. Flatow very much with my yearly check-ups and his advice. My hygienist Evelyn is also very patient with cleaning my teeth and she's interactive with me which makes me feel more comfortable. In general, the entire staff is very kind and proactive with helping you with anything. I've been going here for many years and this is my favorite dental family.

I just changed dentists and found every process seamless--making the appointment, checking in, working with the hygienist, and finally being seen by Dr. Flateau. One of my best doctor/dental visits with its short wait time and super friendly staff!

My front tooth broke off while I was flying to NY to see my daughter. She found this practice open on Saturday which was willing to help me. They were wonderful. My tooth was glued back in place and held in place for me to continue my visit. I would definitely use this practice if I lived in NY

I have been coming here for a few years now and have always had a wonderful experience. The front staff has always been very friendly and helpful with all my financial questions. The dental hygienist Christina is always great and helps educate me on how to clean my teeth. Dr. Flatow very detailed and does great work. This is overall an excellent dental office.

I haven't had my teeth cleaned in sometime and I was way overdue. I was very impressed with this office. They were very friendly and on time with my appointment. Christina the hygienist was awesome. She did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. She made sure I was comfortable and my teeth never looked better. I highly recommend this place.
