Many of our patients drop in for teeth whitening treatments during their lunch breaks from work. We are open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays to fit our patients busy schedules.
Our offices are paperless and completely electronic. We keep digital records, use digital x-rays and panoramic imaging, and use digital impressions rather than messy, uncomfortable impression materials. Using this digital information, we only work with quality dental laboratories who can craft high-quality crowns, bridges, and dentures more quickly and with greater control over the quality of the finished product.
Dental365 accepts most major dental insurance plans. We offer in-office plans for patients without insurance to make the cost of treatment affordable on nearly any budget. Additionally, we offer CareCredit patient financing, which works like a credit card that is available for medical and dental costs that are not covered by your insurance provider. This third-party financing company offers low-interest rates with flexible repayment terms. The application process is quick and simple, and our front office team will be happy to help answer any questions you have along the way.

My previous dentists have been great but today's visit was beyond awesome. I walked in anxious and somewhat ashamed of the dental work I had neglected. After my visit with dentist Neal Mitnick, I walked out with a smile thanks to his professionalism, interpersonal skills and wit. I totally recommend this office to anyone that has reservations to follow through with dental work.

Both Dr.Kaplan and Dr.Grafstein are phenomenal providers, extremely nice and knowledgeable. They make you feel calm if you're nervous about having work done. The front desk staff are very nice as well. Amazing experience overall. My insurance is out of network but paying out of pocket is worth it. Thank you Dental365 team!

The office is very professional, efficient and personable. The hygienist is very thorough, gentle and caring. My gums never hurt after a cleaning! The.dentists and staff are top notch! I recommend them highly.

My experience with Dr Grafstein, Angela and the whole staff was top shelf. Normally a trip to the Dentist is not something you care to rate.But the staff is always friendly and keep the appointments on time which is important in today's world.Dr Grafstein is very knowledgeable and his practice uses modern techniques. My teeth and gums have never been better.

My first visit to see Dr Allen Grafstein. Staff was friendly and accommodating...I called as an emergency as I had pain and swelling... was seen the same day . Dr Grafstein diagnosed the issue and referred me to a surgeon for evaluation and course of action!

I just came back from the dentist today. I highly recommend DR. Graftstein. He is very personable and an excellent dentist. His assistant Angela is very personable as well and a great hygienist. Their whole staff including Melanie and Roy are always courteous and accommodating with setting up appointments and reviewing questions regarding your insurance.

I am extremely pleased with the care and attention provided by Dr Kaplan and her staff. From the minute I walked in the door I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I am extremely apprehensive about dentists by nature and Antoinette and Dr Kaplan made me so comfortable, I felt like I have known them forever. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dental 365 - Oakwood Staten Island is the best dental office I have ever been to! I have been going there for years and find the staff to be attentive and friendly, almost as if I am part of their family. Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Grafstein are experts at their craft and always up to date on the latest and greatest. This office also has a hygienist who cares about her work and is very thorough in her cleanings. Above all, this office is extremely clean and takes precautions seriously (even pre-covid). I always feel comfortable going to the dentist when I go to Dental 365 - Oakwood. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a long time patient of Smile Dental now Dental 365. Due to my need for extensive dental treatment, I spend a lot of time dealing with the office on all levels. On all levels of the staff is friendly, helpful and above all else professional. Like most, I have anxiety when dealing with dental procedures but the staff starting from Roy and Melanie at the front desk, and finishing with Antoinette, Angela, Kim and Dr Kaplan in the back are outstanding at making me feel comfortable and stress free. The office is super clean and very comfortable, I personally recommend Dental365 to anyone with any dental needs.

Dr. Kaplan saw me shortly after entering for an evaluation, and the Xray tech (who's name I forgot) took a full set, a standard for every 5 years. During the pandemic, I feel it's necessary to also say the lobby was socially distanced and plenty of PPE. The hygienist Waleed took care of my cleaning and always stopped to explain the next step in the process and always answered any questions I had. Dr. Kaplan at the end of the session let me know what else I could be doing for my oral health. Everyone who I came in contact with did great.

Just had my first cleaning here and it was the best one I've ever had! Staff was welcoming upon walking in, and I waited no more than 3 minutes before being called back. Angela, the hygienist was wonderful, and Dr Kaplan made everything so easy to understand. Will definitely be returning!

Everyone made me feel so comfortable, from the front desk person , to the dentist. I have never been to any medical office where you feel that they actually care about you and want you to come back. I was so excited when I left to tell everyone ..Just want to thank you again my anxiety was up all the way and as I was there I became so comfortable.

I recently had a cleaning at the Dental365 office of Dr. Sandra Kaplan. It was as great an experience as you can have going to the dentist. The appointment was right on time. The office was spotless. All the Covid protocols were followed. The equipment is state of the art. They took a complete set of x-rays and then a cleaning with the best hygienist anywhere. She is meticulous while still being gentle and I am a dental coward. Turns out I do have a cavity. While this is bad news, it is so much better that I found it now so I can have Dr. Kaplan take care of it. I won't go anywhere else.
