Our offices are conveniently located in close proximity to all of the excitement that New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts & Rhode Island have to offer. Many of our patients drop in for teeth whitening treatments during their lunch breaks from work. We are open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays to fit our patients busy schedules.
Our offices are paperless and completely electronic. We keep digital records, use digital x-rays and panoramic imaging, and use digital impressions rather than messy, uncomfortable impression materials. Using this digital information, we only work with quality dental laboratories who can craft high-quality crowns, bridges, and dentures more quickly and with greater control over the quality of the finished product.
Dental365 accepts most major dental insurance plans. We offer in-office plans for patients without insurance to make the cost of treatment affordable on nearly any budget. Additionally, we offer CareCredit patient financing, which works like a credit card that is available for medical and dental costs that are not covered by your insurance provider. This third-party financing company offers low-interest rates with flexible repayment terms. The application process is quick and simple, and our front office team will be happy to help answer any questions you have along the way.

Getting dental work done is never an easy thing, but the staff I've had the pleasure of working with this month has considerably comforted and aided me. Today Dr. B (the painless, kindest dentist) and her beautiful assistant Ro (helpful, gentle and went out of her way to explain some of the procedure and then go and get me a hair tie so my hair would stop going in my face...) last time some of the staff even started singing chorus of an Adele song to make me smile. My grandmother had a dental emergency on her 97th birthday. What a pleasure! I know people do not say this when going to or leaving a dentist but really from beginning to end the experience was wonderful. The staff was so caring, friendly and attentive. Thank you to everyone at Dental365 of Bellmore for taking such good care of my grandma. We were able to walk out with my grandma free from pain to enjoy her special day.

First time visiting Dental365, first and foremost the staff is amazing and is very accommodating. I was able to get the service i required without hassle. The service was excellent this is definitely not my last visit to Dental365.

Came in for a toothache for my 13 year old daughter. She ended up needing a root canal. This was the most painful procedure one could imagine. My wife texted me from the waiting room because she heard my daughter screaming and crying. Pain could have been part of the nature of my daughter's particular issue, I don't know. However, it did not seem that proper care was taken. During the procedure, another hygienist said to the Dr that his next 2 emergencies were there and it did indeed seem rushed. The Dr asked the dental hygienist more than once for instruments that were not readily available and we had to wait. Frustration between staff members was apparent. He then proceeded to another patient and asked the dental hygienist to let him know when the instrumens were ready. At this point, there was a gaping hole in the tooth, and her mouth was propped WIDE open with what looked like pliers and the suction left in her mouth. 10 minutes and the hygienist explained he was with another patient because of the emergency nature of the office. Upon his return, my frustration was apparent and he concluded the first half of the procedure (what needed to be done that day). At checkout, the office was ready to forward records and the referral to a root canal specialist in their office. Bewildered, I explained that we are insured and I would find someone in network. She then informed me that specialist doesn't even take insurance. Unless you 100% need immediate medical attention, while your dentist is closed, power through it.

My experience was a pleasant one. Was able to get an emergency appointment on Labor Day due to pain around a tooth and my gum area. I was seen at the Bellmore location. Tracey was incredibly nice and pleasant and made me feel comfortable and took an interest in learning about my needs for this visit. Dr. Borcas was pleasant and was able to do a thorough examination with X-ray and helped me to understand what was causing the pain in my gums. Thankful it wasn't anything serious and she took time to explain it to me and explained after care at home. So grateful for Tracy and Dr. Borcas for their care and making me feel at ease.

Needed to get a particularly difficult root canal done and Dr. Shemanski and her team did an excellent job! Highly recommend, especially for dental phobes such as myself. She did a great job keeping me relaxed and informed. Big thumbs up!

We had a dental emergency with my 12 year old daughter and the staff and doctor were WONDERFUL. If we didn't have the stressful emergency we never would have discovered this terrific office. We are so grateful for their kindness and expertise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a REAL dentist's office ! The atmosphere is amazing & the staff are super friendly. The music choice could be more Megan Thee Stallion-ish than country but they did play Irreplaceable so W either way

This is absolutely the BEST dental experience ever!! From the second you walk in, big smiles and warm greetings from the folks at the front desk... to the very clean dental office... to the awesome dental assistant... to the great dental hygienists... to the amazing Dentist!! I was seeing a dentist for like 20 years in NYC (near where I work) and then had to switch this dentist here on Long Island (near my home) because of the pandemic. It started with an emergency when my crown came off one time when I was eating dinner... Dental365 took me right in... and Dr. Jacqueline Borkes literally saved the day!! She is an AMAZING dentist! She is patient, kind, courteous, and highly intelligent. And I also love her team member Michelle, who works right by her side to assist her. Michelle puts me at ease and is awesome! I also love Tracey at the front desk, who always has a warm greeting and smile... and makes everything so easy as I walk in! My dental hygienist also did an awesome job as well and is very nice! I really can't say enough about this AMAZING team at Dental365! They are all so professional and courteous! Again, awesome leadership by Dr. Borkes! I would highly recommend this dental experience!!

Dr. Borkes and Dental Assistant Michelle are the best. From Chantel in the front (and all the women at intake behind the desk) you are greeted (and treated) with absolute kindness and professionalism. If that wasn't enough, they are fantastic at what they do. Dr. Borkes and Michelle are definitely a winning team! Highly recommend and greatly appreciate how GREAT they are at their jobs!

Dr. Brandon and his assistant Mohammed you both ROCK!!!! I went in today with a toothache that I knew had to come out, they made me feel so comfortable, and I felt no pain and that's it the tooth was out. I'm a chicken for going to the Dentist because of my passed experience, but not anymore with DENTAL 365 BELLMORE and the lady upfront Tracy and Crystal that make you feel so comfortable and are very professional and so caring. Thank You Guy!!!!!

It was nice, clean and convenient but the service was so rushed. The dentist took no time with me, asked me no questions and despite having told them it was my middle tooth ended up assessing the wrong tooth, I was stunned when she said I needed a crown, she rushed through her explanation, next thing I am signing consent for a very expensive procedure and she is giving me 3 large needles of Novocain. Eventually she said something that made no sense and I asked her what tooth are you talking about and learned she was looking past the one I came in for - that was clearly jagged from a lost filling and looking at a tooth in the back that was giving me no problems. She agreed that tooth had a missing filling but still wanted to move forward with the crown on the other tooth, which there was no way I trusted her judgement on this any longer. I got the filling and left. Also I clearly put on my paperwork that I have an injury that causes dizziness and headaches and she didn't even address that with me. Really a bad experience. Money making factory - no care involved
