I was traumatized. I waited for an hour while they were trying to fix X ray machine. It is mal practice to use faulty machine on patients,OK.The assistance mannerism was excellent. Unfortunately she tried to put plastic material in my mouth to take X rays which was painful.And it scratched my right side upper palate. Then she took nearly 20 times X rayed me. Then got 4 or 5 pictures on the computer. She did only one fourth of my teeth pictures. They were not clear. The machine was moving so she asked me to hold and they all ran away outside the room. What do they think? They can expose patients to radiation hundreds times and protect them from exposure? So selfish and unprofessional. The surgery looks great. The care is zero. I stopped the procedure, canceled my appointment. I spent 3 hours on a Saturday morning, just wanted regular cleaning. This is a tactics of ripping off people in NYC. I lived in the UK,Australia and New Zealand zealand, so I know exactly how dentists work? I am upset of the amount of radiation. Someone should fix the health and dental system in NY.

Absolutely incredible. From the front desk to back offices. Everyone is friendly and puts patients at ease. If you have a fear of the dentist this is the place for you! They will literally guide you through your anxiety. 5 stars across the board!

I have been going to Dental World for many years. I have never had a problem. Easy to get appointments and the staff is absolutely caring, helpful and make you feel important. I see Doctor Napoli actually my husband and son also do. I would definitely recommend Dental World which i already have to my friends and co- workers .

Better hygienists person but the time for the dental cleaning is very short, and the appointment with this person are very difficult

This place is absolutely wonderful! With our insurance we could barely find a dentist in or near our town that wasn't horrible! Dental world was kind , pleasant and close! We will definitely be taking the whole family here ! -Mom of 4!

Hygienist is very pleasant. Did notice the tools used were in a rusty metal case which concern me. The cleaning was painful as no numbing cream was used. For my next appointment. If numbing cream is not used I will not be returning.

I feel this is a good Dental office. Although I must say that the hygienist was a bit rough when removing the plaque from my teeth. Other than that, I feel quite comfortable with Dental World.

I am basically a new patient (2 visits), so far I have enjoyed the experience. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints! I hope to stay!
