The office is constantly cleaned safe distance is enforced mask are required. They are very professional and friendly. Their standard of care has been constant for the 30 years I have been going. Keep up the good work

I'm very happy with Dr Gambella/ Napoli dental They are a GREAT team working together for their patients I was given back my smiles after breaking my front tooth horizontally at the gum line! The staff is courteous and understanding to a patients needs and so are the Doctors I highly recommend these doctors Here's my SMILE

I've had pretty bad experience with Dr. Gambello and his staff. He couldn't diagnose the problem and changed his mind multiple times. I assume he was trying to find the best was to make $$$ of me. I tried to speak to him and he avoids me, so unprofessional. Please be aware the charge double than insurance copay table. I'm puzzled how he is still in business. The staff is clueless and rude. If you care for your teeth stay away from this office.

Been going to this Dr Napoli & Dr Gambella for years. They treat everyone like family. If it wasn't a dentist office I would visit more often.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !!! THEY DO NOT DO YOU X-RAYS AND CLEANINGS THE SAME DAY ( every other dentaloffice DOES)AND I WAS NOT ADVISED BY THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! As I waited 1 HOUR IN THE WAITING ROOM !!!They Gave me an appointment for my cleaning two months afterwards which I was not happy with so they scheduled me in two weeks later AFTER a cancellationAS I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT THERE !!! The hygienist was good that's the only thing I can say about this Dental office ALL OTHERS HAVE NOOOOO BEDSIDE MANNER ALL THEY HAVE IS ATTITUDES I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy !!!!!!!!!!

Had my first dental check up since the covid pandemic. waiting room was clean and sanitized.I was greeted by a friendly staff and was moved promptly to x-rays, dental cleaning and then a check up by Dr Gambella who was professional and comforting. The whole process took about an hour.I would highly recommend Dental World to any one needing modern quality dental care

After 2 years of Dr's showing up late and/or canceling on me they have the nerve to send me a bill for $30 for missing an appointment. An appointment to repair something they did poorly. Dr. Napoli is very personable but administratively the practice needs work.

Terrible by far the worse dental office i have ever visited. They give never ending appointments without resolving the problem just to have you sit in the chair and give an excuse of why you should pay extra to get work done the same day or otherwise return after waiting over an hour to be called. They got paid by my insurance over a year ago for a crown I never got. Till this day I haven't gotten the work I need because they haven't paid back the money they shouldn't have gotten in the first place. My insurance company is still attempting to get the refund they owe. Additionally they were nasty when I or the insurance company contacted them regarding the issue.

Terrible, just terrible service from receptionist. Unprofessional, no care for the patient. Offered no follow up evaluation after extraction, no guidance as to preventive dentistry. They just want to let teeth decay and follow with tooth extraction. This review is for the office in Levittown.

This is a horrible place! The continue to cancel my appointment and the reschedule the new appointment months later! I can understand if I was the one missing the appointments but that's not the case. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. Everyone is super sweet, From the front desk girls, the assistants, hygienist and Doctors. Ive never been so comfortable coming to the dentist!! If you're looking for a clean and professional place I 100% recommend this one!

Dental World is amazing. I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to check them out. The office is always clean (even before Covid) And the workers are very friendly and the general dentist & hygienist are the best.
