Ms. Jouvonie JoJo Walden is a Dental Office Manager in Quincy, Florida. She was born in Anniston, Alabama to parents whom were active duty service members. After her mother joined the Army Reserve the family made roots in Thomasville, Georgia.

Ms. Walden graduated from Thomasville High School in 2006 with a dual enrollment from Southwest Georgia Technical College in Early Childhood education and received her Certified Nursing Assistant Certification. Immediately after she was offered a part time dental assisting position at Dr. Sibleys office. It didnt take long for her to be offered a full-time dental assisting role at Dr. Howingtons office in Moultrie, Ga. In 2010 she relocated to Fayetteville, NC where she accepted a full-time dental assisting/ treatment plan coordinator position at Dr. Walter Scott & Associates office. While obtaining her formal intra oral radiology certification for the state of North Carolina Ms. Walden learned she had a natural knack to teach and educate.

After receiving her certification from Sunrise School of Dental Assisting, she was offered a dental assisting instructor position with the same school. After months of juggling motherhood, being a full time Dental assistant, and part time dental assistant instructor she had to take a medical leave of absence due to injuries her and her family sustained from a tornado in 2011.

In August 2012 she relocated back to Thomasville, Ga and returned to Dr. Sibleys office as a dental assistant. Still having the urge to teach she accepted a dental assistant instructor position with Palmetto School in Smyrna, Ga. After working both jobs and commuting 8 hours roundtrip for a year, she resigned from Palmetto School. In November 2016 the unfortunately and untimely death of Dr. Sibley required her to seek out other opportunities. She accepted a front office position in Quincy, Florida where she is still presently employed as the Office Manager.

With more than a decade of Jouvonie working, teaching, thinking, planning, and her continuous education of the advancements of dentistry she attained the goal of opening and leading her own Entry-level dental assisting school with Dr. Enrique Howard the Spring of 2020 in Quincy, Florida. Jouvonie plans to continue to Put a smile on the words faces, in the dental field for many years to come.

I arrived 15 minutes early and still wasn't seen until over an hour past my appointment. Once seated for x-rays one of the assistants neglectfully twisted the tool too deep and broke my tooth even worse, it even gagged me before removing a tool. I sat there in immense pain just to be redirected to an oral surgeon. Dr. Howard was very informative and polite, making sure I got the information I needed to pass along for the surgeon. I hold no hard feeling to Dr. Howard but I won't be back I edited this to say this is the worst dentist I have ever been too. I went home in immense pain. I was told they were sending prescriptions for me to pick up but could take an hour to send in. Well I waited over and hour then woke up the next day and there are no prescriptions for me at my pharmacy. I tried to call yesterday and today to confirm what pharmacy they sent my medication to, but never got an answer. So now I'm eating Tylenol at a dangerous dosage just to have any kind of relief while they are off enjoying their day.

With my hmo insurance I must specify a specific dentist. Dental Workz told me they were accepting patients, but to update my dentist with Cigna before I could make an appointment. I did. That process took a month. When it went through and I called back to schedule an appointment, they told me they were no longer accepting Cigna patients and would not give me an appointment. Now I'm SOL and delaying care by another month at least.

I have been going to Dr. Howard for four years. He is an excellent dentist. He takes his time and is very thorough in his explanation of recommended services. As an Administrator in the insurance field, I would definitely recommend this dental practice. Thank you Dr. Howard for all your care!

We have had several problems with this dental agency. Customer service regarding billing is very difficult. My father paid for services that were covered by insurance. They charged him and then billed his insurance agency. We had to wait months for a refund since they received payments twice. Even though the error was theirs they continued to ask for payment at each visit. My dad not understanding the issue paid each time. I called several times and told them to refrain from asking for payment until insurance was handled. My father always acted in good faith as a customer but this took advantage of him as a senior citizen. He was unable to access the full extent of his insurance was they over billed it for services already rendered. I can not recommend this dental agency in good faith.

I called a day prior to get an appt I was advised since I was paying cash to do a walk in so the next day I do I walk in I get there at 2 on the head as if 4:10 I'm still waiting when I asked the receptionist how much longer I was told I had 3 appts in front of me while I truly understand people have appts that doesn't mean have the walk in sitting waiting for every appt you have go before they are called if that is the case then at least explain that to the walk in

The staff at Dental Worx is always friendly and very professional. They work really hard to maintain an atmosphere of comfort and timeliness. Dr. Howard is an awesome dentist. He makes you feel at ease knowing that your teeth are in great care. Finding a caring, honest dentist has been a struggle throughout the years. I have found a dental home and will continue to support Dental Worx of Quincy. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I give this place 5 stars. They are by far the best compare to other groups of Dentistries such as Aspen Dental and Affordable Dentures. I referred a good friend to this place to have his tooth Extracted and they were very nice and friendly. They had him in and out in no time. I'd recommend this place to friends and family who don't have time to wait to and dental work done.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! Came on a Friday as a walk in & on the website and sign next to the door both state that the hours are from 9am-2pm. It is now 9:36am and NO ONE IS HERE except me and 3 other patients waiting to be seen today! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! someone could've at least stopped by to put a note on the door saying you all are closed or changed the voicemail stating you all would not be open today. I drove 45 minutes to get here! NEVER AGAIN!!!
