First of all I would like to say the reviews are all lies. I have been going to this place since I can remember. I have seen this office change and grow but there have never been any workers that are rude as the reviews say. The female doctor is the best dentists ever. She has always been kind to me even when she was having a bad day. I don't know what I need to have done but I know that the doctor and my parents know what I need and that's all I have to know. This place is epic and if you need a new dentist don't hesitate on coming to Dental Works Studio. It is the best dental office on earth .

1st off I want to say I was scared to even set a appointment for my child after reading all the bad reviews. After thinking about it I finally called yesterday. They not only picked up and was very sweet they also set me a appointment the next day which would of been today at 4. I would recommend them here felt very welcomed and everything was explained very well. Thank you dental works

VANESSA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , RUDE, AS A FRONT DESK YOUR THE FACE OF THE COMPANY , YOU CAN TELL HOW UNHAPPY SHE IS , NO REASON TO TAKE IT OUT ON THE PATIENTS . MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP AND DO SOMETHING ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND RATCHET ON THE PHONE , QUE LASTIMA

DO NOT TRUST THE DENTISTS HERE!!!!!!!!!! While the staff is friendly, they will lie to you to get their insurance payout. For instance, one of the dentists tried to trick me and my sister that we had a cavity, and tried to use the metal pick thing to prove that they way it was rubbing my molar was indication of a cavity. Then I went to another dentists to verify if this was true, and they found no cavity.

I don't feel like I was treated fairly and explained thoroughly the procedures I needed. On top of not knowing what's going on, they only speak Spanish to each other so you don't understand unless you speak fluent Spanish which I don't. And lastly the female dentist had 0 bed side manners. Quoted all the problems in my mouth automatically to root canal procedures.... and seemed insurance hungry! Specially with Medicaid! Don't let this lady mess with your teeth!

Worst, beyond worst. Who rips out every bottom tooth and sends you home with Motrin? I'm not new to pain but this is excruciating. They have NO CLUE what aftercare is. Totally pathetic. I've been to real dentists and this never has happened before

This is by far the worst experience for my elderly mother. Dr. Ortega don't even deserve a star. She took tooth out of my mother's mouth that didn't need to be taken out with the pretext that she needed a dental bridge. The dental bridge were made with vey low quality plus it doesn't even fit in her mouth making her to be in pain and she can't even eat. After many tries and calls to the office for what it is definitely an emergency and because they took all the money from the Insurance the Dr. excuse was on vacations and after that due to covid making us go to another dentist and didn't want to take the responsibility and fix the problem. Please run from this dentist, all they care about is your money and not their patients.

Asked for my xrays and front desk told me they did not have to give them to me, when I told her they were mine and I paid for them she went on saying "no you didn't pay, you insurance did, so..." with a bad attitude. I mean I pay for my insurance?? Regardless along came the female dentist and said oh this is the one who didn't come for her cleaning? With sass, like I'm sorry my uncle passed away and I couldn't come? They really don't care about customer service... sad to say. There used to be a male dentist there, he was sweet. Terrible place, now I need to find a new dentist.

The staff is very caring. When I stated I hated the sonic method of cleaning, the Dr. offered to do it manually. Most places say there is no other method. The only problem I had was the wait. I still will give 5 stars because of the care they demonstrate.

Great staff! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I honestly don't feel like a stranger when I visit for my appts.
