With over 24 years of experience, Dr. Maria Casvikes is a compassionate dentist who offers comprehensive, high quality gentle dental care in her state-of-the-art practice. She opened her practice in Malverne 19 years ago, and has been here ever since.
Dr. Casvikes completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Columbia University in 1994. She previously attended Bronx High School of Science and New York University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She completed her general practice residency at Lenox Hill Hospital. She is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Casvikes and her staff are proud of the warm patient-friendly environment they have created and of the lifelong relationships they have built with multi-generational families in the area. Dr. Casvikes welcomes patients of all ages and looks forward to meeting you and offering you the professional, caring and pain free oral health care that you deserve.
Samantha Restaino has been practicing since 2014. She completed her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts at Farmingdale College. She was accepted into Briarcliffe College's first dental hygiene class and graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences.
Vicki Lalousis graduated Queens College with a BA in Education and a Master's Degree in Special Education. She taught Junior High School for 15 years in Queens, before resigning to spend time with her children. She has been at this office for 4 years and enjoys interacting and communicating with patients.

From when you walk into the door until you walk out, everyone is professional kind and welcoming. Dr Maria explains what she is doing and checks with you to make sure you are ok. Would recommend Dental Works in Malverne to anyone looking for a dentist.

First time visiting and found it to be a good experience. Maria did a great job on my tooth, which needed to be filled I get nervous visiting dentists and she made me feel very comfortable. Vicky at the front desk tried very hard to fit me in during this emergency. I will definitely return, and I definitely recommend.

I called for an emergency as a new patient and the person at the front desk was so kind and immediately found me an appointment for the same day. The dentist was super kind and friendly and very empathetic! Excellent first visit. Happy to have found a wonderful new dentist.

We've been going to Dr. Casvikes for the past 10+ years. The entire staff is incredible with my 3 children, very patient and interactive to make the possibly "scary" experiences very relaxing and enjoyable for them instead. My kids actually get excited to go to the dentist! All of our services over the years have been outstanding.

This was my first visit and I was very happy with everything. Everyone is very friendly and caring. The office is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. Both Dr. Maria and the Dental Hygienist were very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I highly recommend Dental Works of Malverne for everyone.

The staff at Dental Works of Malverne is awesome!! My wife and I have been going there for several years and our twins have been going since their first ever dental checkups and cleaning a couple years ago. Their vast knowledge and experience is wonderful in and of itself, but also their kind heart and genuine care for our children is quite special. Our four-year-olds love going to the dentist!!! They also get their choice of flavors and a little toy, which they enjoy greatly. There is adequate parking, it's easy to get to and communication is quick and efficient.

Always a pleasure to visit the office of Dr Maria Casivikes. I have been a patient of hers for over 22 years! She does great work and always makes sure I am comfortable and pain free. The office is very well run and the office manager,Vicki, is wonderful at communicating and reminding me of my appointments. I highly recommend Dental Works to anyone looking for a new dentist!!

I have been a client of Dental Works Of Malverne for many years. Not once have I ever had a question that was not answered, a concern that was not addressed or an appointment that was not honored. Value of time? Utmost!! In all the years that I have been going to Dental Works Of Malverne, not once have I sat in their waiting area. I arrive on time and they are ready for me. Would I recommend DWM? heck yeah!!
