As a clinician, he is particularly passionate about helping high-fear dental patients receive care comfortably and safely. This passion led him to co-found the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), where he is the dean of faculty and clinical director for IV sedation. Through that organization, he has personally trained over 10,000 dentists from all over North America in the art and science of sedation dentistry.

Dr. Feck also has an extensive background in dental implantology. He has taught over 60 courses on this subject at his teaching center. He has also been involved in the development of new dental implant designs, which has culminated in a newly designed implant being named after him, a prestigious honor recognizing his contributions to both the education and advancement of dental implantology.

He has authored 10 dentistry manuals and published 27 articles on dental topics. He is a nationally recognized educator and speaker, having personally given more than 300 courses to dentists and their teams. The number grows each month.

Dr. Feck is a graduate of high distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where he finished in the Top 3 of his class and was awarded numerous achievement awards, including membership in the honorary dental fraternity Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Soon after graduation, he was named as an associate professor in the departments of periodontics and restorative dentistry at his alma mater.

Dr. Feck is committed to continually learning and advancing his skill and knowledge of his craft. Since his graduation from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, he has accumulated over 2000 hours of accredited continuing education.

Dr. Feck and his wife, Becky, enjoy visiting family in Texas, especially to see his granddaughter, Logan. Harley, Dr. Fecks Pug, always accompanies them on their trips. His personal hobbies include reading, writing, boating, playing golf, and following UK sports.

Dr. Combs has had a passion for dentistry since the age of four when undergoing extensive dental work due to trauma. Even at such a young age, her mother remembers her smile being very important to her. Often embarrassed before and very proud after the work was completed, she understands the emotions that can arise from the embarrassment of an unhealthy smile.

Dr. Combs believes no one should suffer embarrassment or ridicule due to lack of dental care. She understands the fear and anxiety that can arise from dental neglect. This is why she has dedicated her career to helping people overcome and work through these anxieties.

She focuses her practice on the treatment of the entire mouth and the overall health of the patient. She is a highly trained clinician who always exceeds continuing education requirements. Her dedication to continuous learning and new advancements has allowed her to offer a wide range of services. Dr. Combs is a general dentist who provides total dental care for both the young and old. Dr. Combs grew up in Eastern Kentucky and attended Morehead State University before going on to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Today she and her husband Greg of six years are very proud to call Lexington their home. I always knew I wanted to live in Lexington. I just had to find the right team to join, and I am sure I did.

Dr. Combs is committed to providing excellence to all patients. She is an active member of numerous organizations such as the American Association of Women Dentists, Academy of General Dentistry, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), and local dental societies. Her involvement in the world of dentistry has allowed her to offer the latest and greatest to all of her patients. Dr. Combs is currently working toward a fellowship (the highest achievable standing) in several of these organizations.
