I love everyone at Dental Wellness of Lake Forest, they're friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain the procedures you're going to go through, goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best possible treatment, the timeline, takes the time to answer all your questions without hurrying you up! I absolutely love Dr Maryam Waheed and I've recommended the Dentistry to friends and family, named the potential patients too. That's how confident I am about their service!

Everybody was so friendly it was nice to see a female dentist. If you are looking for a new dentist she is the one. Glad I found her. She has compassion young and vibrant!! Knowledge of new techniques and medicine.

July 7, 2022: My first clue was, the front waiting room was claustrophobic small and I should have turned around and left. My visit to Dr. Waheed was only for an evaluation, x-rays and cleaning, but she immediately said, no, that I came for an emergency, which was not true. She evaluated my gums and said, come back for another visit. July 12, 2022, my second visit, I thought I was getting x-rays and a regular cleaning, but Dr. Waheed told me I should have a complete deep cleaning for $696.00 and come back every 3 months to clean the pocket under my lower right bridge for $174.00 each time. She didn't explain that the charges are for medication, which my insurance doesn't cover. MY SCAN PLAN offers yearly: 1 free Xray, 2 regular cleanings and a deep cleaning every other year. I agreed to start on one quarter deep cleaning under my lower right bridge. When the hygienist used a numbing gel, I started to get sick. She cleaned a little and used chlorhexidine which made me extremely nauseated, and I had to leave in the middle of the procedure. So, I've spent $174.00 for nothing.....Dr. Waheed, I have noticed some of your replies, accusing patients of bad advise from their Insurance companies, but it is you who should start being honest. Every patient has the right to know the $ amount up front and what exactly it is for, so they can check with their insurance before getting lured into your money pit. $700.00 for medication from your patients, for deep cleaning, while you still get double the amount reimbursed from the Insurance Companies? I live among 18,000 seniors and certainly pass on my bad experience at your office. I will file a dispute with SCAN to make sure you are not filing a false claim on my behalf. Please save your excuses and start being honest.

Friendly and professional service. Maryam is taking extra steps to make the customers feel welcomed and explained thatcher proceede. She is an expert so do not worry she will have everything done in a speedy way and it will look excellent and perfect. I am really grateful that Maryam is my Dental doctor. Thank you for everything! I had to file an complaint with Delta Care USA Medicare Scan over how I was treated by the staff at Dental Wellness of Lake Forest. The rude and unprofessional employee was named arde. I gladly found another dentist. I hope Dr. Waheed looks into the complaint I filed and disciplines or fires this employee. After reading Dr. Waheed response to my post, I advise new patients caution, for this doctor office is completely unethical. This office never investigated or reached out, instead is now reporting misstatements and lies of foul language and yelling. This office has no interest in how their staff represents the honestly and integrity of the work performed or the billing for that work. Due to lack of honesty, I hope Delta Dental finds this office in violations of their professional code and prevents them from representing its insurance organization.

The best Dentist and staff you could ask for. Always leave this office feeling 100% and never have any issues with the work performed. When it comes to service you really do get what you pay for. And here you'll get the best possible dentistry out there. Dr Waheed is thorough and takes every step she feels necessary to give you the best possible outcome. I had a very pleasant experience at this dentistry. Out of all the dentistry's I've been to, this one was the best hands down. Dr. Waheed has amazing attention to detail and professionalism. She takes the time to give you the best results possible. The staff was also very kind. I'd definitely recommend 10/10.

Nice enough staff but dentist tried to have me come back for extra and random procedures (which no other dentists has ever recommended for me to get) in an attempt to get more money. Last time, I went there I was there for over 2 hours waiting to be attended to. I would not recommend coming here if you don't want to be talked into getting extra pointless procedures that are "necessary for your dental health". Be wary of these reviews because on your first visit they try way too hard to get you to write them a review even though it's the first visit. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

The staff here goes above and beyond and i love that. Also im a spanish speaking patient and they are all kind and patient when translating. Also Doctor Waheed is amazing. I love this office would deffinately recomend people to come. My overall experience has been Wonderful.

Everytime I come in here, the staff already appears to know who I am and are very friendly. They tend to remember my name and will ask about my children. The facilty seems modern and clean, and I have yet to have an issue during any of my visits to this dental office. Highly recommended for anyone in area that is looking for a dentist.

Amazing experience! Front desk staff was very friendly, checked me in right away then Donniah led me to my room and helped me get situated and made me feel welcome.dentist was very nice and answered all my questions, explained everything we would be doing in future procedures and all around made me feel taken care of!
