Dr. Blake Quigley graduated from the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry where he was recognized by his peers and the faculty for restorative and prosthodontic excellence. After dental school, he commissioned in the United States Navy and was stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina where he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his contributions to restorative and comprehensive care and leading the integration of Digital Dentistry and CEREC technologies.
While in dental school and serving in the military he has participated in numerous volunteer medical mission trips providing emergency and restorative dental treatment to underserved populations. He has traveled to Jamaica, El Salvador, and rural communities in Eastern Carolina and he hopes to add more to that list in the years to come. Traveling has been very rewarding for him and has helped him to gain perspective.
Dr. Quigley was raised in Richland, Washington and hes grateful and excited that his life path led him back home to the Pacific Northwest. He loves being a dentist and he feels that his experiences, skills, and life lessons have prepared him his entire life to provide dental care for the community. Dr. Quigley is a member of the following organizations and educational communities: American Dental Association, American Dental Association Advisory Circle, Kois Center, Wellness Dentistry Network, and Implant Pathways. He has completed over 200 hours of Continuing Education and was recently named a fellow by Implant Pathways for the practice of implant dentistry.
Dr. Tucker is the program director for our Share a Smile Initiative. He earned his BA in economics from Western Washington University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington. He was a part of a small group of students who participated in the Regional Initiatives in Dental Education (RIDE). This program focused on treating patients in rural communities with an emphasis on oral surgery and community healthcare. He has been practicing dentistry for over five years and spends 10 days per year serving on foreign humanitarian dental trips.
He is passionate about dentistry because it gives him the opportunity to build relationships with his patients and to help them keep and restore their oral health. He believes it is a rewarding profession and is happy to be a part of it. He aims to be completely transparent with his patients. When there is a problem, he likes to discuss all possible treatment options, as well as the possible outcomes. He wants his patients to choose a treatment based on what is best for them individually.
He is happily married and has four kidsDylan, Scarlett, Stella, and Jack. He enjoys all that Central Oregon has to offer: mountain biking, golf, whitewater rafting, snowboarding and skiing, fly fishing, surfing, and camping!

Digital X-rays produce less radiation compared to traditional X-rays and provide almost-instant, detailed digital imaging. We offer 3D and digital radiography to give our team an in-depth look into our patients oral health and to help our patients better understand their diagnoses and treatment plans.
Isolite is a soft, cushy mouthpiece that gently holds our patients mouths open while we work. In addition to giving us enough room to perform our treatments, the Isolite system also illuminates the mouth and suctions excess saliva to improve patient comfort and reduce treatment times across the board.
We utilize intraoral cameras to show our patients a dentists view of their mouths in order to educate them about their oral health and any dental issues they may have. Our team believes in transparency and our intraoral cameras are one of the many tools that we use to ensure that our our patients feel well-informed regarding their dental healthcare decisions.

If you have severe anxiety (or worse even) know that Dr. Q. will listen to your concerns, he will understand and believe what you say, and he will do everything he can to make your appointments as comfortable as possible. I hate the dentist as much as anyone and was reluctant to go but they helped ease my fears and after a few appointments I started to not stress nearly as much. And now I've been seeing them for over 2 years. Also, Dr. Q is excellent. He managed to repair teeth other dentists told me would have to be pulled. I've had a lot of bad experiences with other dentists and stopped going (for over 10 years) but was very glad I found Bend Dental Wellness when I finally decided to go back. The whole staff is excellent and they really do focus on "Wellness" just as much as the damned "Dental" part.

Wow...from the moment I walked thru the door, I could tell this dental office was unique! Each moment afterwards was another confirmation of this fact! From extensive x-ray techniques, to plasma screens on the ceiling for patient entertainment, they have basic comfort needs covered! Dr. Q was very detailed in his exam, and offered digital photo images of my teeth so that he and I could both see the same thing (vs just seeing x-ray images that only healthcare professionals truly understand!) These points, coupled with an awesome staff, made this my best dental experience ever! My dental cleaning was another great experience! Extensive and thorough, Christine made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions that came up. Knowing I had a class to teach later that day, she offered the quickest ways to help the numbing agents wear off (which occurred just in time!!) My last rave on this review is for the Nimbus toothbrush they provide in their care package... WOW!! Most comfortable manual toothbrush I have ever used!! And it was so welcomed after my deep cleaning, as my electric toothbrush was a bit too rough for the first few days. Thanks team!! You're all awesome!!

Long story short, I knocked my 2 front teeth out preparing for my lessons and had to get permanent caps. I never trusted nor went back to see any dentists because of the fear. I found Dental Wellness and the staff are beyond awesome in making me feel safe and comfortable. It's a journey ahead but I'm aboard. New endeavors.

Excellent practice. Their use of technology, customer service, and professionalism make them a clear cut-above the competition. They worked me in for an emergency appointment a offered me optionality in the handling of my dental challenge. Fantastic staff, inviting office, and highly skilled practitioners.

Just had massive work started and was honestly amazed at how comfortable I was during and after. The anesthetic was spot on and they protected my lips from getting dried and cracked. The team took care of functional and cosmetic aspects of my oral health as well as my comfort during the procedure. I can unequivocally recommend Dental Wellness of Bend.

I had my first visit with Dr. Quigley last week. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming! I was extremely impressed with Dr. Quigley and how thorough he was in his initial exam. I truly appreciate his holistic approach too. Good overall health starts with a healthy mouth, however it is not something most dentists focus on. I would highly recommend Dental Wellness of Bend!

The dental hygienist I forget her name the one who usually cleans my teeth is awesome tries her best to be gentle. I don't like how sometimes I have to pay a higher amount for cleanup then other times. Wish the billing aspect was a whole lot more transparent and.. clearly explained
