The current state of dental health care is tense and full of anxiety. Dental Wellness Centers provide patients with a better alternative... care that patients say they desire and deserve in an environment that is pleasantly easygoing.

I only rated one star because I couldn't rate it a zero. After being told about how awesome their teeth whitening system is, I figured I'd give it a try. I was also told that it's a 24 hour turn around from the date of compressions, to receiving your trays. Well, that's a lie. I was told 3 different stories and finally received them 4 days later. I was told to arrive at one time, arrived there only to be told that I have to wait an additional hour because "emergency clients" were being seen. They called me to come in and pick up the trays and whitening set, I arrived home only to open the bag and notice that I was only given the trays but NOtHiNG to begin the whitening process. Nothing. Of course they're now closed. No one is answering the phone. I do not recommend this place if they were providing services for FREE. Unprofessional. Don't respect your time. No one cares. Except the dentist who did my cleaning, she was super sweet. Outside of that, HORRIBLE.

A total joke. Don't keep their word. Don't respect other's time. Dentist herself is amazing but staff needs a redo.

All these Dental Wellness centers are SCAMMERS. They will scam your insurance. They have been so difficult to get in touch with to clarify a bill they messed up on and my insurance claims they never received a bill but they are saying it is the patient's fault. Reporting to Georgia Insurance Board for fraud. Do not go here. They aren't a good dentist either.

Billing is a joke. I've had issues with them not sending things right to insurance so insurance kicks it back. Now I get a random bill for over 500 dollars for things that should have been covered through insurance. I've had to pay every time I've gone even for routine cleanings which is covered by my insurance. They are scamming customers. Do yourselves a favor and use anyone but Dental Wellness Center in Richmond Hill, Ga.

In a nutshell they are pushy and in my opinion their work is done so as to "bring you back". Had a crown installed on back molar. Long story short after two follow ups for minor pain and sensitivity it finally came off. Reasoning per the dentist: "failed crown" My opinion- they didn't leave enough of the original tooth to properly attach the crown to. Charged me for the two follow up visits plus... Front office personnel are pushy and unprofessional. I sat their multiple times and listened to them push their services. Almost like sales pitches. Very sad. Find another dentist. Howard dental in pooler is my new office.

The only positive thing about this office is the clinical staff. The hygienists, the dental assistants and doctor Jackson. If only they were somewhere else where they could be appreciated and enjoyed! Everything else is embarrassing.

I would give them no stars if possible. There are no details to share, after leaving 3 voicemails stating I was interested in becoming a patient, no one ever called back. Who needs a dentist with that kind of service. Fortunately there are plenty to chose from here in Richmond Hill.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. 1 star is too much! Worst experience ever had at any place of business. I paid up front for services, thousands of dollars, because I couldn't schedule my necessary dental work without doing so, and then I was handed off to multiple staff members and doctors to schedule me/complete treatment. No one ever followed up, no one returned my calls, I never heard from them at all. At least until I requested my refund, then I couldn't go a day without being emailed by different people wanting me to schedule. No thanks! It has been months now, and still haven't received my refund. I have requested it dozens of times - tried calling, emailing and going up to the office. No one wants to help me. They keep telling me it's being sent to the higher up person, who's name is Brandy, but she's the one that I've spoken to multiple times and won't own up to who she is. They clearly only care about money. All the bad reviews your reading are true, and I bet the good ones are from employees or personal friends who were asked to do a favor for them. I highly advise you go anywhere BUT here (or any of their other locations!). Unless you like paying up front to be seen, paying extra fees for secret things they want to charge for (like personal protection fees or carecredit finance charges) - then by all means go for it. Honestly, if you can't afford to schedule patients without having them pay up front and if you can't afford to refund money when it's requested, you probably shouldn't be running a business. Let alone 3 or 4. I also have a friend that tried to apply to a job there once, and asked about their "school" that's advertised on their website, only to be told by another employee that it's not real. The "school" is you being trained on the job for barely any pay and expected to know everything within a couple weeks even if you've never set foot in a dentist office. Clearly the people that run this business will do whatever they can to get money from people. Don't make the mistake me or other people have made!

I saw Dr. Jackson regarding a broken tooth on Nov 8 2021. I was there for almost two hours to have X-rays & finally see Jackson. She explained the tooth would not hold a crown because there wasn't much left & my options were 1) referral to an oral surgeon for extraction & dental implant or 2) Jackson would extract the tooth, build up with bone graft (if I wanted to have an implant later down the road) I needed to check with my RA doctor as I have infusions monthly and my next one was Mon. I checked with RA Dr and was told I would have to wait until after the tooth was extracted & healed. I called Jackson's office asking for an extraction on Tues or Wed (this was still Mon). She was busy all day Tues and rest of week. She said she 'assumed' I wanted to keep the tooth. (She forgot she wrote my options down for me.) Today, I called back. She said she could see me Fri @1pm but not guarantee to extract tooth. This "Dr" lied due to poor notes of my visit. Jackson is a poor excuse of a prof.

Not at all withheld misinformation given to my wife for a crucial problem...had to go to Savannah to have issue fixed by another dentist and pay for extra hour fees.

They have too much turnover, which is not a good sign. I liked the dentist I originally have but after she left my new dentist there, Dr. Banks, was terrible. He worked on two teeth which continued to hurt. Two subsequent visits to work on those same teeth did not fix the problem, and they are infected. If you need to go here, don't see Dr. Banks.

Front office was fine. Billing is a nightmare. Lied to us about charges. Do your research. Stories all over social media about people with terrible billing problems with them. Besides, many local offices have much better prices. My advice is to stay far away from them.

Do not go here. Save yourself a hassle and go anyplace else. A crown didn't even last 2 years. They will not honor their warranties and they lie to patients. I had a crack in my crown less than 2 years after placement and they didn't tell me, hiding this information to keep from fixing it. It broke completely a few weeks later and they are saying it is over 2 years which it was not. I have dates that prove it. Then tried to blame me for what I was eating at the time and even though x-rays show crack weeks before at my routine cleaning. I have heard several others with similar issues themselves.

Had my annual exam and cleaning there...walked in cold off the street with no expectations. Extremely nice and professional staff, the office and stalls are clean, very welcoming, and they are very responsive in scheduling! Definitely my new dentist here in RH.

I was very impressed with your dental team. I was visiting Savannah ga on vacation from ohio and had a tooth that needed immediate care. My daughter called your office and you allowed me to come to your location for care. I want to thank you for the outstanding job you did for me by relieving my pain and seeing me on such short notice. I would highly recommend this dental office and their professionals! Thanks again for the help you gave me and allowed me to enjoy the remainder of my vacation! Thank you again, Gary.

I've never had any issues with this office over 8 years of dental care. The staff is great and the billing is as straightforward as they can be given how convoluted medical claims can be. If your insurance doesn't cover part or all of the services obviously you have to pay for it...lol I don't get the reviews I read wanting free dental care. Buy better insurance if you don't want to pay out of pocket.

Due to frustrations with 2 previous Dental practices I found myself in need of a new Dentist after an inlay decided to fall out. I called Dental Wellness in Richmond Hill on a Thursday and they were able to get me in the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning I walked out with a temporary crown and excited to go back in a few weeks for the permanent one. From the first call I was completely comforted by the staff and the care they provided. Not only were they able to schedule me quickly, but also made it easy to submit all documentation and insurance information. THEN they told me that their number could be used for texting as well! What?! That was awesome. During the procedure they were very concerned with my comfort and made sure I was taken care of. I would be surprised if you could find a better Dentist in the RH/Savannah/Hinesville area. This team is amazing!

Cool dentist. Receptionist snarky. Everyone loves videos where they're kinda smart and "you dont understand.." BUT that doesn't build customer base or loyalty or trust...what it does do is come across like you THINK you're better educated or..whatever, Don't belittle. You need patients/customers to pay bills just as I do. Please don't insinuate what I do or don't understand. I'm going off the emails y'all sent me...(by the way, my phone settings block spam texts...so like the ones you sent, AT&T, vehicle warranty etc...metro sees as spam. Sorry for your misunderstanding. Is that offensive, cause I felt the same way when you said it to me...) Try starting with my balance and account updating information before telling me I dont understand what your business is sending my email. Side note billing department says they'll call back in 2 business hours which I was more than excited for....I guess they're just super busy.
