Dr. Stephanie Stanton grew up in Humphrey, Nebraska. She received her undergraduate degree from Wayne State College, and she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. After graduation in 2006, Dr. Stanton and her family moved to Norfolk, Nebraska where she began practicing. She joined Dental Wellness Center, PC in 2008 and later purchased the practice in 2019. Dr. Stanton and her husband, Tom, enjoy raising their family in Norfolk.
Dr. Valerie Largen was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. She attended high school in Creighton, Nebraska. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Doctorate of Dental Science from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She joined Dental Wellness Center, PC in 2021. She ultimately chose dentistry as a profession to help patients overcome dental fear, maintain oral health, and create brighter smiles. She enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level and is excited to be back in her hometown. Dr. Largen and her husband, Andrew, enjoy raising their two children, Ella and Benjamin. They can be found spending time outdoors bike riding, boating and camping.
Miranda is originally from Stanton. Miranda and her husband, Mark, moved back following graduation from University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2015. She enjoys spending time with her growing family and playing softball and volleyball. Miranda also likes going on walks with her husky, Bella.
Shelia is originally from Norfolk. She attended the University of South Dakota and graduated with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene and spanish studies in 2015. Sheila is fluent in Spanish. After commuting to Wayne for the past 5 years, she is very excited to be working in town, closer to her family. Sheila and her husband have two little boys who keep them busy.
Tori grew up on a farm outside of Belgrade, Nebraska, and attended high school in Fullerton. She attended University of Nebraska-Kearney for two years and then graduated from the UNMC College of Dentistry West Division in Gering, Nebraska, with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Tori enjoys spending time with her family, golfing and traveling.
Vickie began working for Dr. Petta in 1993 following her graduation from Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska, with a degree in dental hygiene. Before attending school for dental hygiene, Vickie worked for 10 years as a dental assistant. Vickie and her husband reside south of Wisner, where she enjoys gardening, cooking and entertaining. Together, they have six children and 12 grandchildren. Vickie also keeps busy teaching junior and senior CCD classes at her local church and attends many athletic events of her youngest son and grandchildren.

I absolutely LOVE this place and the people who work here. I am from out of town and cracked my tooth. I called as an emergency. They got me in the very next morning and were so kind. The dental assistant, Hollie, was really kind and made the visit fun. Dr. Valerie Largen kept me calm and really knew what she was talking about in a way that guided me to communicate to my dentist when I got home. I felt so relieved and well taken care of. Thanks to all of the women who work in this office! I highly recommend.

Needing to visit during Covid, I found the safety precautions in place very reassuring, well thought out and complete. As a long time patient, I am always heartened by the professionalism and kindness of everyone on staff.

Exceptional job by the entire staff during every check up! Lynn Larson does a fantastic job and an absolute perfectionist when it comes to teeth cleaning. Dr. Stanton and company are always very friendly and processional!
