Normally I don't like the Dentist.. but Dental Walk-In Pinellas is different. From the moment I arrived Kiani and Massiel took the time to really hear me out about my situation and worked to help me. I can tell the difference between genuine people and the usual fake customer service smile .. but they are the real deal!! Dr. Ferguson was great at performing the surgery, he explained everything, was thorough and everything was pretty painless. Besides all that, they're open on Saturdays (when everyone else is closed) AND they're very reasonably priced even if you don't have insurance. This place is a God send.

I hate the dentist but this place was quick and painless. Dr was cool and did his thing and the staff was nice and the environment was clean.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I've heard great things about this place so I went in a time of need and pain. When I first arrived at opening, they told me there was a long wait so I made an appointment for later that day and came back. I should have just left and never looked back. After returning and filling out paperwork, I was left in the waiting room for an hour and a half with 75 of those minutes with NO ONE at the front desk to update me on the status. There was no bell to alert staff. I felt abandoned from the start. After I finally see someone they said they were getting a room ready. After 20 minutes more, I was taken to the room and had my blood pressure taken. The tech did not know how to take a simple blood pressure on a machine. They had to take it 6 times before they finally got it. She then took X-rays but kept coming back to take the X-ray of the same tooth 3 times and on the last time they finally decided the lead vest would be a good idea. Then comes the doctor. He takes one look at my mouth and tells me what the problem is but does not fix the problem. He gives me mouthwash for the infection but does not even attempt to clean out my obviously cavity ridden tooth. He doesn't even do a full exam of the mouth. Only the problem area. At the end of this I'm left feeling like no one will help me and I'm still in pain. I was charged for a full exam and X-rays when I never received a full exam. He only looked in one quadrant of my mouth. $135 later I'm still in pain and doc did nothing. While finishing up I hand the lady my card to pay, sign the receipt, and then told that I'm all good to go. She didn't give me my credit card back and when I called her out on it, she gives an animated "oops, haha, sorry about that". If you want your dental issues solved go elsewhere. I left the office sobbing by how unheard I felt and how poorly I was treated.

I had to get an extraction. Dr Tang and her assistant Jacky were amazing!! I was so comfortable, I didn't even realize my procedure was done! If you need a great Dentist with a caring and professional staff, this is the place for all your dental needs. You won't be disappointed.. Thank you Dr. Tang Outstanding!!

Worst experience of my life I was getting shot up with 8 needles without being under anesthesia (which I paid almost 200$ for) and the last needle the dentist injected he went right into my nerve of the tooth without giving me any warning until he's injecting it into my nerve it made me black out and start punching a chair. They immediately made me a villain and said you need to leave NOW GET OUT OF HERE OR WE ARE CALLING THE POLICE so I left with my whole right side of my face numb and still in pain if you have no tolerance for pain and you are disabled do not go here they made me feel like a criminal for being in pain. Pain that they caused. If i could give a 0 star rating I would they obviously have fake reviews

Had a dental emergency while on holiday on my last day and was in extreme pain. Was seen quickly and staff were super friendly. Dr Ferguson and Elisa treated me. Both great. I just wish the office had customer WiFi.

Yesterday this office saved my wife's life. They were able to assess and extract a severely infected tooth within an hour(vs another business who wanted to wait until next week). My wife had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Tang and the staff. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you

This dental office went over and above what I expected I need something that was Not very ordinary I was not their patient and yet they took me in quickly took care of everything. Very very nice people highly recommend them if you're looking for a dentist you can trust I would again highly recommend them. Peter Spoto

Had a tooth infection and needed tooth pulled. Called very first thing in the morning had an appointment for the afternoon. The girls in the office were very polite and easy to work with, everything was explained up front as far as payment and payment options. Once I signed off on the treatment the dentist came in and got started. From start to finish was a very good experience. Even followed up the following day to check to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend them to anyone.

On Friday night I had a bad experience with my front tooth and I started looking for dentists open 24 hours near me and I saw this clinic and made my appointment for the next day at 8:30 in the morning. Dentist Holmes and his assistant Margarita did a miracle on my smile. I am so happy I went there. The price is super reasonable. I really recommend them.

Not going to bother coming in because I was just told that I had to pay $150 for an exam before they tell me if they've got the dental solvent to remove the permanent retainer that just broke in my mouth. Do you have dental solvent or not? It's genuinely that simple.

I had a nasty abscess under a decayed tooth in the back of my mouth. Dr. Holmes and his staff did an excellent job tending to my needs. I was a bit embarrassed because my teeth wasn't clean, one of the hygienist was a cutie. I thought my bill was going to be through the ROOF with the treatment I received, my bill was less then $500. Don't prolong your infection worried about the price. Thanks again guys.

They are NOT open until 5pm on Sunday. They said they saw their last client and it's not even 3pm. They should post the correct hours.
