Best teeth cleaning ever! I had a full exam and then a cleaning by Jorge the dental hygienist. He really cares about his job and was great about informing me of necessary care in the future. The cleaning was very in-depth and while most would say they dread going to the dentist, Jorge and the rest of the staff made this a great experience. I would highly recommend!

Great customer service and the personal are very caring and listen to what your needs are for the day. I wanted a filling done, not knowing the cost, they came in and explained my cost and insurance cost, went in at 10:45, got out 11:10, my go to place now, love you guys, see ya soon

While I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist, I do appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of Dr Benavides and his entire staff. They listen to my concerns and allow me to make decisions on my dental care without any pressure.

Absolutely on everything I experienced! Loved the facility the staff and treatment program! Kandice is absolutely delightful and was very thorough in everything she did explained it and I understood everything I needed to get done.!!

Wow, where do I start well first of all as I walk through the doors it was just a peaceful atmosphere compare to most places I can sense the place was organized these employees had walkie talkie earpieces on they can speak to each other without having to leave the room or yelling across the hall. Being me I had to ask every question in the book and the tech Shasta was really really professional my questions would probably get most people upset. With her response and concern for my dental health it seemed like she really cared. We started to talk about procedure we started to talk about finances and in those two things she made sure I got the best of. The doctor the hygienist were super cool people themselves. After going to several dentists trying to find and feel out the right place the right people to do the job, well you guessed it this is the place no one can express their feelings with the text and emojis you just have to go there for yourself. The receptionist Sharon remembered my name that means a lot she walked me through the financial part of this and she did a really good job also. Me not being a dentist would like to put a different type of crown on all of the staff. Bamm, keep up the good work.

I am a long time patient here and Dr. Benevides is always very nice and unhurried and really knows his stuff. Quite skilled and professional. The staff is welcoming and skillful and the office is a very nice facility. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Excellent cleaning and advice for proper brushing of my teeth!! Thanks Only issue is it took corporate 3 weeks to fix the Air-Conditioning and ventilation last summer during a heat wave!!!!!!!!

If you want a TERRIBLE experience, look no further! Not only will they botch a simple filling, they make it extremely hard for a competent dentist to fix it and they won't reimburse you for the portion your insurance paid so you'll be out the cost to fix their mistake too. To make the experience even more memorable, the dentist will come in whistling the assassination song from Kill Bill and then insult you're intelligence by telling you you'll still need a root canal after he's completed your filling. So you pay for a filling, then a root canal, plus a crown (on a tooth that turns out didn't need a root canal!) Sound like a racket? You betcha! After all that the best they said they could do is reimburse my out of pocket cost of $89. Woopie! Thanks a ton, that really makes up for the $600 it cost to fix the filling, the pain I've been in for a month+, 7 or more hours being drilled on, and the added cost of daycare while I'm having to get the same filling done multiple times Honesty, I never understood why people fear the dentist until coming to Dental Village. If I could give them negative stars I would. If you've had a similar experience I recommend reporting them to the Dental Board.

This was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Five star rating for Dr. Benavides and his team at Dental Village.. I highly recommend them.
