A My husband had a squamous cell tumor in the neck lymph node recently removed, Moving forward he is going to have radiation and chemo treatments. He needs to have some major oral surgery done, before they can begin. The dentist we were referred to, was out 3 months.I contacted Dental Urgent Care. They made me an appointment for consultation in a couple days. Our granddaughter Symphonie, previously worked for Dr. Kaushsesh. She called Dental Care and they scheduled us in, that evening. The staff is all wonderful, caring and understanding of the critical need of this procedure getting completed. Dr. Kaushesh is extremely well versed in caring for this type of cancer patient. He was extremely knowledgeable in the subject. He was very honest about what to expect from the consequences of this surgery and of the radiation in the area. He went over nutrition. He offered his emotional support for Ken any time, going through the cancer treatment. Told him to call him personally. He rearranged his schedule and free time to make the surgery happen, immediately. I praise God, he has hooked us up with the right team of experts to help irradiate his cancer. I would highly recommend Dental Urgent Care. Elaine Salter

I called to schedule an appointment to get a wisdom tooth removed. They got me in within a day for X-rays and had my appointment for the removal scheduled 2 weeks out. They had called to see if I wanted in earlier, but the timing just didn't work out for me. I went in and got my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Smith. He is very kind and helpful. The entire crew is professional and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about my experience. You know that this dental office is good if I'm leaving an amazing review after getting a wisdom tooth out.

I like Dr. P! She was very pleasant and definitely the expert. In addition, she was very caring while purposefully put my mind to ease about something concerning within my mouth. Thank you Dr. P!

Talk about nice people to do business with. They were so courteous and friendly and very professional, very glad I found them. The office decor was beautiful including the restroom in Mexican decor. Thank you for such good care. See you again soon. Kenney

Update! NO don't do it!!!! I'm pretty sure there has been misconduct and embezzlement. Also missing $1200 dollars of product and my final mold from surgery. This establishment is horrible and I am getting Arizona Dental License Board on board here. My experience has been horrible. I'm planning on contacting newspaper, state county, Mohave Daily News state of Arizona. Proof this establishment steals, doesn't guarantee $10,000.00 plus work. Run Run Run!!! Go to Mexico this is not Mexico pricing. Rip off and lies. Also channel 12 News in Phoenix..,

It appears Urgent Dental Care is paying to remove negative reviews because mine was taken down, so here we go again. 10/2021: I went in desperation as my regular dentist was on vacation. I ended up on antibiotics for 5 days then getting a root canal/crown on the 2nd-to-the-back bottom right tooth. Smith spent a whopping 45 min on the root canal. 2 weeks later, the permanent crown they put on was horrible. It was hitting my top molars and causing pain. Dr. had to file down the crown significantly. The crown they put on was zirconia, not porcelain, and once it's filed on for any reason after coming out of the lab, it loses its smoothness, so the tooth was super rough and sharp (none of this was explained to me, that zirconia is rougher than porcelain as I would've chosen porcelain). The perm crown felt the same as a cheap, badly-done temp crown. I went back three separate times to have the #30 crown adjusted over and over again, but it was never seated correctly and continued to hit my top molars, causing pain in the top quadrant of my mouth. To this day (2/27/22) it's still hitting my top molars and causing me pain. 01/2022: Because of the low cost of the crown/root canal, I stupidly went back for more work as the very back tooth was now bothering me. Old filling came out, tooth was supposedly cracked, temp crown put on. A few days later, I was in excruciating pain. Back molar with temp crown apparently had an infection and also now needed a root canal. Doc couldn't even pull off the temporary crown AFTER numbing me (Tues 2/1/22). A second round of antibiotics were given, and my appt for another root canal was scheduled for Tues (2/8/22). The office staff was supposed to call in pain killers and Lorazepam, and they FORGOT! I waited in line at Smiths for 40 min the night before only to find out nothing was called in. How do you forget to call in prescriptions for a patient in this much pain! Another 45-min root canal and the permanent crown was put on. This crown didn't need much filing/sanding/adjustment and it felt pretty good. At the same time this back tooth was being dealt with, the 2nd-to-last tooth they worked on in Oct. was to the point where I could no longer chew on my right side. I also noticed that I felt like my entire bite was off; it felt like my jaw was shifting sideways and my teeth felt really tight and uncomfortable. I went back to my regular dentist, Dr. Sorkin (2/9/22), to have him look at the work done by Dr. Smith at UDC. While he didn't say a word, the look in his face said it all. I knew I'd made a horrible mistake. Why my teeth were shifting, whether age and coincidence, or improperly fitted crowns, it was determined, at 53, I need braces. 2/17/22 consult with Dr. Bullen for braces, and 2/21 emergency visit to Dr. Lavene for the 2nd-to-last tooth. Turns out, the first work done by Dr. Smith in Oct. - that 45-minute root canal - he missed a root. Emergency corrective root canal (2/25) and $1,500 later (root canal only). Dr. Lavene understands the risk of root canals. Currently, I have a temporary filling on the tooth and my root canals are all packed with antibiotics for the next two weeks. Then, back to Dr. Lavene to finish the root canal and then to Dr. Sorkin to have this beast of a crown put on by Dr. Smith removed and a new, properly fitting crown, put on ($1,500). This will take an additional 2 weeks. Then, as long as I have no further issues, I start the process of braces with Dr. Bullen ($3,800). YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. A better and more detailed review can be found over on Yelp as Google limits the number of characters I'm allowed to type.

Staff is pleasant. Dental work is bad!!! Prices are cheap but there's a reason why. It's a place were dentists do their practice on YOU!! After spending $$ there ..had issues with a bridge, fillings disintegrated, dental cleaning horrible as well. Save your money & time and go to a reputable place not here where you have absolutely no guarantee/warranty on the poor dental work!! Wish I knew sooner and saved myself!

Great staff, great service, and some of the best rates in town. This was my first time there, everything was explained and made easy. Things are done a little differently financially, but once explained and taken care of the process is simple. In and out with my future dental plans ready to go and to get my dental needs met with affordability.

I was in on time, she instantly introduced herself and then started the picture-taking process so pleasant and ensured I was comfortable. Dr. Stuvi (I think) came in very personable, upfront, seemed very honest, and was looking out for my best interest. One of the best dental experiences I have ever had.
