I always receive the best dental care at Dental Town Oakbrook. It really pleases me whenever I'm receiving treatment that the dental assistant is right there helping. And everyone is always so pleasant, from the girls at the front desk to the entire dental staff. I have also recommended Dental Town Oakbrook to other family members and friends.

Excellent and efficient service for the first visit. This last visit was THE WORST I've ever experienced at any dentist or doctor's office. I waited in the room for an hour and nobody explained to me why I was waiting. I assume there was an emergency which would've been fine had someone simply did proper customer service and informed me. This took my whole lunch hour and I didn't eat. Then the system didn't save an appointment I made for 5pm. I come in only to be told there are no appointments that fit my schedule. I'll be damned if I take a risk to take off of work only to sit for an hour or more again. Where's any type of compensation for my time or being unnecessarily xrayed since I wasn't seen?

Dr ali she's a female dr and she was super nice and understanding I felt comfortable dealing with her . She did a good job on my teeth I used to get my teeth done there and 2 weeks later I had to go back because there's an issue so far everything looks incredible.. can't tell how much she is amazing .. I recommended my family to here and they will be going to see her soon ..

8 year old boy got 2 teeth pulled... was numbed and Dr. Shevan lady dentist was patient and quick and descreet with the process... thanks from Makai and Nina... He was excited to get double the money from the tooth fairy...

I'am much satisfied with the$services I got at Dental Town Oak Brook office.Dr.Kareem Hasan and the whole staff is marvelous in their performance.We travel all the way from Elgin to Oak Brook in order to get their best services.

Not only do they take walk ins but they where able to get me in and out in great time. And there work was out standing. Dr. hassan was flat out amazing.

Very efficient staff, and the dentist that did my cleaning was really awesome. I really like this place. The last time I got my teeth pulled the surgeon that did it was from here also, and he too was awesome. He did a really great job with my wisdom teeth no pain at all!
