My son sees Dr.Jack at Dental Town.We have been seeing him for going on 5 yrs now.Dr.Jack was previously at Image Dental before moving to Dental Town in Berwyn.My son insisted that we follow Dr jack when he moved to berwyn because he refuses to be seen by any other dentist.The whole staff there is very professional and goes out of their way to accommodate you.And something that is very important to me is how clean they keep their offices.If you're looking for an exceptional professional Dentist who truly cares about his patients then look no further.Dr.Jack is the best!!!!!

The Staff, from the front desk to the Dental Assistant to the Dentist Doctor, were all so..... pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Such a delight to have dental services done here. They are awesome!

I absolutely love Dental Town-Berwyn! The staff is always very friendly. Daisy always smiles and she's super helpful. And Dr. Jack is THE best! He's patient, explains everything that's being done and answers all of my questions! I've already recommended Dental Town-Berwyn to my family!

This office is unprofessional I called and told them that I will be running late for my appointment the lady that answer phone told me that she didn't have anything until 2pm I told her I will just make my appointment. I made it to my appointment to just to be told that the dentist is back up and they don't have a time that she will see me. Now mind you I called around 10:30 why wouldn't they tell me that then. So I came all way up there in pain just to get turn around . I'm going back to my other dentist office so unprofessional.

Don't go here- lazy staff! This is not an emergency dental location! If you make an appointment late at night they cannot verify insurance going into Saturday therefore they will refuse to see you. It's 2022 can't this be verified online? 4 appointments made with the insurance provided on 2 of the adult ones and common sense would be to verify insurance off the adults with same last name and address!!! Be proactive!! Help your clients!! Lazy lazy staff. 0 stars Her original Dentist office called us soon after we left and accepted her Ditola Dental in Stone park/Melrose Park and they took her AND verified our new PPO insurance which is what Dental Town said they couldn't do today!!!! DON't go here!!!!

I was so impressed with my whole appointment. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was kind and compassionate. I was terrified of seeing a dentist because of previous experiences but it was SO different here. I really felt like my comfort was their goal. I recommend Dental Town Berwyn to EVERYONE!
