From the reception greeting to the assistants, to the billing personnel and providers, everyone was incredibly pleasant, informative and helpful in meeting my needs and concerns. Would highly recommend this practice and would even give it a rating if I could!! Very pleased!!

I had my 6 month cleaning with Marcy today. She is amazing. Wonderful work and information throughout the exam. Always careful and mindful of my sensitivity. I'm fairly new at this practice and am very impressed with the AWESOME care.

My family and I have been very pleased with the care we receive at Dental Today in Niskayuna. The office staff have always been very accommodating and flexible when any changes needed to be made with our appointments. I have found Dr. Chung and Janet my hygienist, to be thorough and friendly. I switched to Dental Today, after years at another dental office that had a large turnover rate and had some bad experiences. I really love Dental Today. Dr. Markose repaired some issues I had and really took her time and made sure everything thing was done correctly. The whole staff are very personable and professional. Appts are convenient and timely. My husband also goes to this practice and is very happy with them, as well.

I look forward to my dental appointments at Dental Today. I'm always greeted warmly by the front office staff. They take care of me and my insurance claims so I don't have to. I appreciate that. I'm seen every 6 months emphasizing preventive care for my teeth and gums. The dental hygiene department is super. I see Marcy and she is an excellent hygienist. Dr Chung has been my dentist for several years now and has provided me with excellent care and painless dentistry. I give my dental office a 5 star rating!

This was my second time at Dental Today, as my dentist, who I felt very comfortable with retired. I was met with smiling faces and a dental hygienist that made me very comfortable, (as I am one of those nervous patients with many horrible experiences as a child). Thank you Dental Today! I have been a patient at Dental Today for several years. I am always greeted promptly and warmly. Everything is explained clearly, from the treatment to the cost. The work I have received ( cleanings, fillings and crowns) were all done without any discomfort or complications. It is a friendly and professional office,I highly recommend!

My dentist retired so I went with Dental today what great service I got from all the staff. My new dentist is Dr Khattak she was the best and understood my needs. A plus all the way.

Told They could fix my front teeth bonding them and when I went into my appointment instead said they're too weak and sanded them down, told me I had to come back for caps and crowns if I wanted them fixed ended up paying for cavities instead and sanded down teeth! Do not recommend!

Went there for a root canal they patched it up due to my tooth being cracked badly and the gum was growing over the cracked tooth they built up a filling and now I'm in so much pain it aches so much it got infected, contacted them and they are very nice but stated that they are not able to work on the tooth to get it extracted as it is deep in the nerve they referred me out to another oral surgeon and gave me antibiotics however I still have this issue in pain.

I just had my first visit here and everyone was so kind and personable! I don't remember the name of the woman doing my cleaning but she was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything as she went. Front desk staff was also very nice and accommodating , and when I asked about insurance/patient costs she looked at my insurance and told me what I would have to pay.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Both the reception staff and the dentist and hygienists were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Chung is friendly,skilled and honest, and he answered all of my questions, giving me plenty of options since I didn't have insurance. I got an extraction and a filling in another tooth and the procedure was gentle and efficient. I felt completely taken care of, and the staff provided me with plenty of after care information and encouragement. I will definitely be returning for cleanings and recommend to other loved ones, as I know they will be treated well and taken care of by a capable and confident dental team. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Chung. I was very impressed with the office and the staff. The environment was welcoming and friendly. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Melissa and Nicki in reception are efficient, courteous, kind and helpful. Dr. Chung used to care about the uninsured, not the case anymore. They've raised prices on services, in my case three fillings went from six hundred and something dollars to over nine hundred, a 46% increase in nine months time. Cleanings cost around $260. I feel like my family has been pretty loyal to this practice only to be fleeced by this office.

My wife and I have been seeing Marcie there as our regular dental hygienist. We have seen a few other dental clinics because of moving work and home address but we found Marcie has the best care and the most patience so we switched back to her. She actually wasn't aware my wife and I were a couple until we got married, but we received the same level of professional care nevertheless.
